Sad old small shower- not what I expected for a “superior “ room The coffee at breakfast was awful. Breakfast was served in the coffee shop but nobody there to make fresh coffee- just self service horrible muck. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This in not a problem if the coffee shop downstairs was in operation but it wasn’t when we were there

Nice location, in a quiet place near the lake. There is self-check-in that place after 4 p.m., and it's a benefit if you arrive late. There is a comfortable and clean room. From our balcony we could see a small piece of the lake, but not the whole lake).

In the shower cabin, instead of a sliding door, there is a curtain. Not critical, but it could be better with a sliding door.

I chose this hotel for a one night stopover in Ioannina... Rooms are spacious, and everything is new and in well shape, nice beds, and perfect pillows. There is a private parking yard within a hotel. Good breakfast with so many different options, so everyone can find something to eat. I would recommend it to my friends.

Air-conditioned position 😢 it is from the left side of bed, so you can't leave it operating during the night... (even if it was too hot in the room).

Booked a lake view room, but the view is not like advertised. More like a continental breakfast.

Staff were excellent, whole place was well maintained and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was so clean and bedding good quality.The self check in and room code locks were brilliant so much easier than dodgy magnetic cards.

Nothing really, I paid for the cheapest room and was more than happy with the attic rooms.

The location of the hotel is great, like 10 min away from the city center. Breakfast has been really good and it had anything you want to start your day. The view to the lake is great.

The hotel is outside of the city,however near the city,at the same time. Within a 10-15 minute walk someone can reach the castle .The room was comfortable and clean . The breakfast was good.

The breakfast area is quite small .There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

We really appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds. Nice walk distance to the city center. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and nice! Self-check-in was really easy too!

It is a small thing but we would appreciate bigger glasses for water at the breakfast.

Good location quite close to the town. Furnishings were fresh and modern in the rooms. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Room was large.

The bathroom was old and the shower screen was broken. The room was sold as lake view but the trees are overgrown and lake not visible. The mop and broom was in the public area next to the lift the whole time we were there. Breakfast was very basic. I suggest some extra local products and summer fruit.

Kind and professional staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Balconies are big and have a lovely lake view. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to find parking at any time of a day. Excellent breakfast - traditional greek coffee and selection of pies amongst standard variety of continental breakfast items. 15-20 mins walk to the down town/old town. We enjoyed our stay.

Bath needs a bit of an esthetic upgrade, that's all. We still had a great time; highly recommended.
