The location is good with parking slots very easy to find. Personnel asked us and made sure we parked at a place without the risk of getting a ticket. The welcoming was very friendly and professional, provided enough information enthusiastically without overdoing. Always present when we need information or help. The room is comfortable with a bath. Clean. With a balcony, very easy to get fresh air. The breakfast is good. with lots of variety. Fried egg, ham cheese bread.

It would have been nice to have hot water kettle available in the room. The room can sometimes lack aeration but can be easily solved by opening the window. The elevator is a little bit small only for three people but still better than without. It would have been perfect for me if I could find yogurt and baked beans in breakfast.

Staff was 10/10 some of the nicest people we met - reception guy was always smiling and willing to help - even the cleaning lady we saw the last day. Rooms were clean, A/C was working well, black out curtains, clean patio with AMAZING view of Meteora wow. Free parking lot that belongs to hotel, pool was clean, wonderful stay, really close to Meteora as well definitely recommend!! I would be wary of the sink the water pressure is CRAZY so gently turn it on😂

Very good price/quality ratio. The stuff is very kind, and nothing was problem. We had an trip to Lefkas with stop in Kalambaka. Unfortunately, we arrived at 2 am, but service was ready and we could go sleep quickly. Next day, after check out, we went on a hike, and we were allowed to still let cars parked at hotel parking lot, despite that there is not so much space. After trip, we needed a shower and stuff let us go to showers and swimming pool. So for us, they were very nice and if we return to Kalambaka, we are clear on where we are staying.

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpfull. The room and bathroom were clean and the mattresse was firm as I like. The hotel is at walking distance to the train station, holy trinity hiking trail and restaurants. And the swimming pool was definitely a plus !!! Good value for money, I'd definitely come back.

Bathroom equipment could be modernized, everything was fully functional though. Despite the variety of choices for breakfeast, nothing was really to my taste but that comes down to personal preference.

The staff were absolutely amazing! We needed to get a bus to Gjirokaster and they went above and beyond to make sure it was booked and that we were going to the right bus stop. We have been traveling for the last 3 months and this was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip. Our room had a beautiful view of Meteora and the pool was perfect

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Edelweiss. Our hostess gave us some great info on how to best reach the monestaries and get the most out of our time in Kalampáka/Meteora. The hotel is quite outdated however they did there best to keep it clean. The pool was a welcome adition with the 40 degrees weather.

It was a bit outdated so the rooms didnt have much charm. However we did not come for a fancy stay we came for the beautifull sights and those were plentifull

The balcony has spectacular view to Meteora, just that was worth it all. Besides, the hotel located in the center of town next to restaurant coffee shops and video games which the kids loved

It is still a bit old fashioned hotel, with old facilities... but well kept so I guess nothing much to do about it.

Great location—very close to the center! The place was clean and had almost everything I needed. There’s a safe parking area, and there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

The air conditioner wasn’t working during our stay, but we were there only for one night, so it might not be a regular issue.

The receptionist lady Gionna( if i recall the name correctly) was extremely kind, welcoming and really had excellent recommendations for us. Just perfect service with a smile and knowledge, very professional, you feel very warm hospitality. The hotel location was superb, close to dinner and drinks options and to the main landmarks.

A nice hotel which will leave you pleased regarding the amenities/location. The price was very good which also included good breakfast. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. I would stay again.
