Location is key with this property absolutely stunning. wake up early and be on the beach in seconds to watch the sunrise or in 10 mins be at the ruins for an elevated view AMAZING!!! We stayed in a room on a walk through to the beach/pool/bar/restaurant but it was surprisingly quiet when inside and had a huge terrace with sea view at the back. The room could do with updating in the kitchen/bathroom but was clean and for what we paid we were more than happy. The price came with air con and a cold breakfast buffet included. Eating breakfast with that amazing sea view too! Effi was really lovely, great hospitality, a credit to the hotel. Antonio’s restaurant is part of the hotel too for lovely food and drinks throughout your stay. Will definitely return 😊

Stomatis and all the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. The surroundings and the fact is was right on the beach (view from room) really made it for us. We enjoyed the evening meals we had there and the atmosphere was pleasant amongst the other guests and staff too. All the local shops had everything you needed so no problem about forgetting something. The car hire companies had good rates and was easy to hire for a couple of days. Oh and there are some magical places to visit on the rest of the island!

Although it was a really good deal for B&B, the breakfast could have included some fresh fruit. It was a bit limited but good enough.

Location was amazing. Eating with a view to die for. Well let's just say we didn't eat anywhere else! We laugh at people who don't move but why would you when the food is amazing and plenty of it. Fresh deliveries everyday make the tastes exceptional. The staff were so obliging. A family run taverna/hotel and we got to know them all. Lovely people. Lots of humour and laughs.

The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the shower. We flooded the bathroom each time as its tiny.

It is a budget hotel in a beautiful location. The studio and family rooms we saw were very good. Our side view over trees to the sea, friends had a view onto the garden, both nice. Staff are friendly and we can only guess that the bad reviews we have seen are when the hotel is very full perhaps things don't always go as smoothly. The restaurant is great, has the best view and very nice food, but along the beach there are various restaurants, pools , sunbeds, watersports, and the ruins, to give a bit of variety (although friends opted for half board and were happy to eat in every evening, felt it was great value, we prefer to try different places).

We saw the standard room and it is very small, bathroom tiny, but luckily we had chosen a studio. The beach loungers in front of the hotel are not the best (there are some really comfy ones just before the ikos hotel at 8 euros for the set). Being picky now, the sand is a bit gritty with scattered pebbles, which makes it harder to walk into the sea, but really not a problem. Oh and Greek toilets, I had forgotten, no getting away from it, the pipes are too small for paper.

It is clean, right at the beach and value for money.

Didn’t like having breakfast served on a tray would have preferred proper self service- but good to eat by the beach. Location excellent to walk to Kamari bay to eat etc

Staff excellent. Food excellent. Sea clear and clean. Sun loungers comfy. Rooms cleaned daily. Good wifi

Bed not the most comfortable, a bit hard and a waterproof mattress protector made for a sweaty night!

A great hotel, great personnel, great food...we really enjoyed our holiday :) Petia and her husband Stamatis, as well as all the other personnel, did everything to make us feel at home. They smile all the time (even though they work long hours), always available for orders, food arrives quickly to your table an tastes great. The food and drinks were great, the view and access to the beach an pool great. Just a great holiday for us... It's not a 5 star hotel, but the way we were welcomed they deserve 6 stars :)

You could complain about some minor details, the shower curtain for example...but honestly, nothing else really!
