- rooms older, but clean - ac was working great - after 2 days we became new towels and bedsheets - clean pool with nice water - stuff very kind and helpful, Babis helped us to rent a car and organized us a drive to the airport - location, ca 5 minutes away from beach - snacks at the poolbar were tasty, draught beer -highly recommend this accommodation - an older place, but very nice and clean. We were worried about the rewiews on internet (a not working, loud street) but everything was fine.

Babis the owner and his sister Maria were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Studios are located just on the eastern edge of Kefalos about 5 minutes walk from Agrio Stefanos beach and temple ruins. There is a supermarket about 3 minutes walk away as is the bus stop from/to the airport or Kos Town. The central part of Kefalos beach is about 10 minute walk with many restaurants nearby. The night we arrived (Friday) it was BBQ night and for €10 each we had the most amazing platter. Home made Greek starters followed by 3 types of meat (you get to choose) one of which was the biggest pork Chop I have ever seen - all cooked to perfection and served with chips and salad plus a glass of wine each. Fantastic. The studios are very generous oin size and spotlessly clean just like everywhere in the facility. We didn't get to use the pool but it too was very clean and more sunbeds than guests. We cannot recommend Manolis Studios enough.

Basic apartment but it has all you need. Clean. The swimming pool is very clean and nice. Ovner is very friendly and communicative.

Near the main street so there is a constant noise from the vehicles.

Neat accommodation, in a good location, close to the coast and shops, with very friendly owners always ready for advice and any information you need.

Spotlessly clean, a great pool & snack bar and we were made to feel very welcome by the lovely family owners. Nothing was too much trouble! We would highly recommend!

Beautiful pool, great central location, very nice food and friendly staff. Roomy apartments with everything you need.

The proprietors are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation offers everything necessary, there are even facilities for self-catering in the room. Nice garden and pool, all very tidy.

Points for improvement are the outdated bathrooms, the hard mattresses with steel springs, and no TV in the room but we don"t really need that. All in all well worth the money, we will definitely be back.

Hosts were so accommodating. arrived late but they kindly provided food. basic apartment but immaculately clean. Shower was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Actually almost everything, Lovely people , great pool, loved the cats 🐈, we had a brilliant time, we will be back

Only thing was , we enjoyed the breakfast options but not so much choice for dinner and we didn't enjoy the burger Unfortunately we also didn't enjoy the bbq food, but the atmosphere was superb

Super clean, nice pool, nice staff, standardly-equipped studio, soft towels, a/c included

Just the beds were a bit used and a noisy road opposite
