We had a good stay at Bristol Apartments: staff was friendly and kind and helped us whenever they could; the apartment was clean and functional although humble; we had a cute balcony where we had breakfast and dinner everyday and could store our food and cook easily in the kitchen. The position was great, 1 minute away from the port and the principal restaurants and bars, markets and car rentals.

It was difficult for us to keep sleeping after sunrise because there were no roller shutters and the apartment was especially bright.

Great location near the city center. New AC is very strong clean and quiet. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Full size fridge and kitchenette, ideal for longer stays. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are less than a few minutes away. City beach is 5-10 min walk away. The staff is very easy to communicate with and very welcoming.

It could use a little renovation especially the bathroom and shower. There is no sound insulation. The doors are paper thin. You can hear everything outside especially in the hallway.

For the money, wow. It extended all of my expectations. The staff was 5 even six star service. So kind and became like a family to me. Cleaning every day, new bedsheets, new towels, u name it. The ordered cabs for me, got me painkillers when I had a cold, the little extra! I was travelling between islands in Greece alone for two months. And this is by far, for the money (even tho I would pay 3 times more for this) the best I’ve experienced. Located 1 min from the city, but on a back street so no loud noises. 7 min walk from the beach. Omg. I’m in love. Thank u again for this lovely stay! / Klara

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect! Tidy rooms that are cleaned daily and the bed linen smells great! The best location in town, quiet street, friendly staff (kudos to the reception staff for their kindness and recommendations), easy check-in, everything is close to the hotel; bars, restaurants, rent a cars... If I come to Kos town next time, I will choose this place again. :)

I highly recommend it. İt's very close to old city, it has balcony and very quiet street for sleeping. Check-in was very quick and room was absolutely clean. Rooms were big enough and have clean kitchen stuffs. Beds are amazing comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Staffs were kind and even let our baggage to stay some hour in otel. We thanks a lot check-in staff too much. We will turn back.

Good location, just steps away from Dolphin Square and shopping and day cruise port 15 minutes to ferry port.

Had 2 different rooms because of extended stay. One single bedroom was bit small with very small balcony. But the suite I stayed on the last day was very spacious with separate bedroom. Balcony was spacious but not clean.

The room was cleaned every other day, location is just perfect for night life, boat trips and all the facilities are max 10 minutes walk. Renting a car was possible and cheaper than a big rent-a-car company. Ask Malik. He has been on top on every requests and made us feeling safe. He is also really good chat!thank you, see you soon

The bathroom smell is not OK - a little work on the sewage system would be good.

the shower in my room was too small for me and sometimes the shower curtain wasnt in the basin right so caused the bathroom to flood.

The location was amazing had easy parking friendly stuff and our home was tided up and we had change of towels between our stay price was also fair. I’d go back

The property is quite dated it definitely needs a renovation. Especially the bathroom

Amazing location, just in the middle of kos port, behind the dolphin square. Everything was in 5 minute distance top. Double spaced room with aircondition in both rooms.What is worth mentioning is the amazing stuff, both the receptionist and the cleaner were extremely kind and helpful to our every need. E.G Had an issue with lighting comming in the room in the morning due to having only curtains. Told the receptionist, he said he will fix it. Next morning he installed a 2nd curtain already as a solution. Gotta admire that kind of service everywhere
