The location was perfect overlooking the harbour. The room was a very good size for a twin bedded room. Balcony views was exactly what we wanted. Lots of sun beds available. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had in Greece. The bar and terrace was a lovely area to have an evening drink. Bar very reasonably priced

I think the Hotel is missing a trick when it comes to the rooftop Bar. Beautiful views across the town, it’s a shame that it shuts at 6pm. The Hotel could make this a cocktail bar of a night time. Cocktail menu a bit limited.

The location was superb overlooking the harbour & close to restaurants, shops, beach & tourist attractions. The rooftop pool was excellent along with the rooftop bar which also offered snacks at a reasonable price. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly Christina the manager who seemed to be always present, nothing was too much trouble.

If we had to make a criticism it would be that the studio room we were in was a little dated but this did not detract from the enjoyment of our holiday because we had a lovely view, it was spotlessly clean & bedding, towells, etc were changed daily. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal location and the view from our balcony was excellent. It was close to plenty local tavernas and the beach. The rooftop pool is welcoming with it's bar and separate covered seating area. Just the perfect place to escape the sun's rays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and extremely varied. Many of the selections were changed from day to day, which I myself found exciting.

Although the facilities at the hotel are good, three things could be introduced: Sockets by the bedside, even if only a usb to enable device charging. The nearest was across the room. There is a lack of drawer space. I managed but 2 single drawer bedside cabinet and a single drawer dressing table. Update the bathroom to include a walk in shower. My father, who is 93 years old found it quite a task he is 5 foot and trying to get a leg over the side of the bath and maintain his stability. Luckily he managed it!

We had the most amazing stay in Kosta Palace. We booked the Deluxe Panorama Double Room and it didn't disappoint. With sunloungers and table and chairs on the terrace, it was the perfect spot to relax while taking in the most amazing views. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was kept spotless with daily cleaning by the friendliest lady Mariand. I have to praise all of the staff though. They were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to Kosta Palace in the future.

Location cannot be more perfect, it is just across the port. We had two rooms, one for the children with the sea view and the other for us with the interior view. Ours was renewed and looked much better than the website. It is at the walking distance to everywhere, dining, shopping, swimming. There was a small pool at the roof; the sunbeds were always full, but with the beaches around we just went up for a night photo only :)

There is nothing that I can say I disliked. But just for note, I assume the renovation might be continuing later off season. The room itself was re-designed, but the bathroom was a bit oldish but had no issues with the functionality. (Our children were not used to bath curtains, so bathroom got a bit messy with the spilled water:)

Excellent location, stunning views from the top floor. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodating and did a fantastic job everyday. The pool is nice and anytime we went we got sun beds without a problem.

Had some cockroaches in our room on the first night - when we went down to reception they offered to use spray around the room. Thankfully we never had any sightings of cockroaches again after this but we did keep all our clothes in our suitcases just to be safe which put a slight dampener on the room.

Overall quality was high, service was good. Location was great.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room I was reserved was a newly renovated “loft” style, with the bathroom and bed at different levels. When I asked for a other room I got a very depressing room (no.1) with no view and no soul. But reception tried and found me another room overlooking the terrace for the second night. But if you go to Kosta Palace it’s best to stay in a room with a harbour view to feel the magic of the place. The Lobby and outside area are very nice. Pristine and comfortable.

The room was large, very comfortable and cleaned daily. The location is perfect for solo travellers as everything in Kos town is a short walk away. The harbour view from the room was the highlight of my stay at the hotel. I particularly enjoyed listening to the fishing boats returning in the evening with traditional Greek music playing.

The noise from other guests late at night, although this is to be expected with such a central location.

We were really happy with our room, it was so spacious and had a lovely balcony. As the balcony was overlooking the street I was worried about the noise but we discovered that the room was really quiet and we had a great sleep. Lovely hotel in a great location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within reach and the hotel overlooks the port, which is very picturesque.

Excellent harbour-side Kos Town hotel, only a short distance from dozens of very good restaurants and bars, in between the beach and the old town (complete with its many archaeological sites). Lovely spacious suite with sea view, very comfy beds and very clean - plus swimming pool on the roof, very friendly staff, relaxing bar over-looking the harbour, very good wifi and good breakfast

Wished we could have stayed longer
