The location was perfect overlooking the harbour. The room was a very good size for a twin bedded room. Balcony views was exactly what we wanted. Lots of sun beds available. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had in Greece. The bar and terrace was a lovely area to have an evening drink. Bar very reasonably priced

I think the Hotel is missing a trick when it comes to the rooftop Bar. Beautiful views across the town, it’s a shame that it shuts at 6pm. The Hotel could make this a cocktail bar of a night time. Cocktail menu a bit limited.

Our room was a good size, very clean and in a quiet location. The views of the harbour were outstanding, and the town just a few minutes stroll away. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, both hot and cold options. The rooftop pool and pool bar were nice, although it opened at 10am there were only a few regulars queuing for the door to open. There was no need to queue as beds were available most of the day. The staff make the hotel that bit more special - they are such lovely people and couldn't do enough to please. The room could do with more storage i.e. drawers or shelves, and the bathroom is a little dated but I'm being picky. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The location was the main stand out feature but we also loved the view from the roof top pool and from our balcony. The staff were so helpful and friendly and always went out of their way to help. We spent many relaxing hours up at the pool but when we wanted to go down to the beach or go shopping, we only had to walk a few minutes.

The rooms were a little dated and would have liked a few more facilities in the kitchen but everything worked and was clean. It would also have been good to have a better selection of drinks in the bar and extend the opening time until 7pm.

A warm welcome and excellent location overlooking the harbour, the other side from the ferry port and not far from the central bus station. Our favourite beer bar (Cafe Zero) is also nearby. Our room with harbour view was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good shower, albeit over the bath. We didn’t bother buying breakfast although another in our party did and thought it worthwhile.

Sleeping with the balcony door open meant it was very noisy from the busy road and boats in the harbour. It was also quite noisy from the restaurant downstairs. Oddly, we had an exercise bike and printer in our room.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Kos Town. The staff were excellent they provided good service and were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfortable public areas.

Car parking is impossible. It would be pure luck to find an available space anyway near the hotel. Just the little niggles you find in Greece - a leaky kettle in the room which was not replaced despite my request. Bathroom fittings that fall off.

This is a hotel with history hosting many tourists and rather bigger size comparing to the rest of accommodation available. We only used it as night stop over before further travel. The size of the room was surprisingly big and it had two floors. The kettle was a great edition and it was great to see an actual bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet which we asked for.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and it was not possible to use the room prior to that time - if you need earlier timing, make sure to voice your request in advance. The storage room was a self-service and there is little organisation so you need to move other people's luggages yourself if you want to use it.

Excellent location on the port to watch the action on the water and close to all the town and beach fun. Room was quiet and comfortable. Amazing views from roof during the day. Excellent breakfast options. Air conditioning worked well. Roof area is amazing and friendly bar staff and breakfast staff looked after us very well.

Overall very happy. Rooms are functional, clean and comfortable but could be updated if doesn't push up the price too much. Breakfast doesn't include capuccino/espresso coffee machines which should for the price. Roof area is shut from 6pm - would make an amazing sunset drinks location. Checkin/out could be a bit more flexible/welcoming.

Location, staff, cleanliness, pool are.

Our room had a wonderful view, but come on booking.com no way was that a 4 star bedroom. It was outdated and basic. We had to borrow an extension lead as there was only one plug. The bathroom was awful, an old tin bath with an older shower not even at one end. I wouldn’t have booked this room if the shower curtain was on the photos. Absolute rip off.

The location was superb overlooking the harbour & close to restaurants, shops, beach & tourist attractions. The rooftop pool was excellent along with the rooftop bar which also offered snacks at a reasonable price. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly Christina the manager who seemed to be always present, nothing was too much trouble.

If we had to make a criticism it would be that the studio room we were in was a little dated but this did not detract from the enjoyment of our holiday because we had a lovely view, it was spotlessly clean & bedding, towells, etc were changed daily. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal location and the view from our balcony was excellent. It was close to plenty local tavernas and the beach. The rooftop pool is welcoming with it's bar and separate covered seating area. Just the perfect place to escape the sun's rays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and extremely varied. Many of the selections were changed from day to day, which I myself found exciting.

Although the facilities at the hotel are good, three things could be introduced: Sockets by the bedside, even if only a usb to enable device charging. The nearest was across the room. There is a lack of drawer space. I managed but 2 single drawer bedside cabinet and a single drawer dressing table. Update the bathroom to include a walk in shower. My father, who is 93 years old found it quite a task he is 5 foot and trying to get a leg over the side of the bath and maintain his stability. Luckily he managed it!
