The property’s location is fantastic and close to most local sight seeing attractions. It has a nice clean pool and the rooms are cleaned well every day. The sea is right outside the door. Very Comfortable bed. All amenities you would expect in the room. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Very small bathroom difficult to access toilet around the door. Sink in bedroom. No toaster at breakfast. 2 free Coffee pods on arrival and then €1.50 each after that. Bar drinks quite expensive around pool. Very small select breakfast adequate but not much variety and the same every day.

lovely hotel in a great locations, it is right on the beach front, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, a shop right next door to top up on drinks and snacks etc. the hotel was always clean and tidy, staff were wonderful, very attentive to our needs. breakfast was amazing with lots of selection of different foods,. the room was a great size with balcony facing the pool which captured the afternoon sun.

would of liked a walk in shower rather than shower over the bath, also not alot of sunbeds around the pool, this area got busy really quickly.. none of these 2 points ruined our experience at this hotel, it is a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel clean and sympathetically refurbished. Our junior suite with sea view was excellent size. The bathroom compact but modern; slightly disconcerting was the hand basin in the bedroom area. Breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals, hot and cold choices; juice, tea/coffee. Staff reception, breakfast staff and pool side bar staff ALL very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Due to wash basin & towels in bedroom area - for us this was a minor inconvenience after using the bathroom shower etc.

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel was recently renovated. The room was Family Suite and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and the sea view was amazing. Staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room dueing check in and we were lucky enough to stay probably in the best room. The breakfast is really good. There are variety of different foods, deserts and drinks. The location is super. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. 0 km far from sea. 15minutes walk to Ferries Port. It does not have private car parking but you can park anywhere around the hotel for free. I absolutely suggest anyone to stay at Kosea Hotel.

We learned a few weeks before our arrival that the pool was closing October 31st. Disappointing, but we understood it was the end of the season. What was less understandable was that all the chaises longues were put away despite the beautiful weather. We would have been happy to stack them up again after using them, but this wasn't possible. Fortunately, there were at least regular chairs.

Kosea hotel was great. Everyone was professional and helpful from reception to housekeeping. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Very clean. And small details like a quiet fridge in the room that you don’t hear turn on at night. USB ports for charging so you don’t need adapters. And there’s an airport bus transfer option with a stop at a hotel a block away.

Rooms in front have great views but are not soundproof despite what is noted on this website. So be prepared for morning traffic noise. I took sleeping pills for jet lag so it wasn’t bad but it’s something to consider for light sleepers before booking a sea view room.

breakfast was excellent,position is superb on top of the small beach but a short walk into the busy town.The hotel life guard needs a bonus point for policing those guests who put out their towels as they went for breakfast and turned up at 11am. He would collect them all so they learnt the hard way.

There is a little disconnect between the hotel bar ,situated out of the hotel and 2 doors away which was exceptionally quiet.The half board option is a lonely one and there was a complete lack of atmosphere for those using that option. However the manager did address our concerns admirably.

The location is perfect with a sea front view. A 5-6 min walk from the city center. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with your inquiries. They helped us book a table from a very nice restaurant for our daughter’s birthday. We are more than happy to stay at KoSea Hotel. We wish to stay again whenever we visit Kos.

The room was upgraded to a suit which we enjoyed very much. There were no cotton buds, hygiene kit, etc which are likely to be found in similar hotels. They are minor things though. The total experience was fabulous.

Very comfortable and spacious room. The pool area was excellent for relaxing in the afternoons. Staff were helpful with our requests. Breakfasts were very good value and a big mix of options. The location is central without being in the busiest part of town.

We had a room with a sea view overlooking the main road and noise was an issue. We were woken up a few times by drunk people coming home late at night. On the Friday the hotel bar (which was directly below our room) played music much louder than it had the rest of the week and we couldn't sleep until they turned it down around midnight.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and loved the coffee and tea facilities and the fridge. A big, big thanks to the staff and management who surprised us with champagne, flowers and fruit for our wedding anniversay.

The restaurant is more than adequate with a large choise for breakfast. Although for dinner it was not really a great choise. We eat there the first evening and compared to surrounding taverna's and restaurants, it was nothing special.
