Our stay at the Floral Hotel was excellent. The staff were kind and helped us whenever needed; they even gave us a welcoming gift that greatly surprised us. The hotel was renovated, and everything was new. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned thoroughly. At night, they were quiet. There are lovely beaches close to the hotel. The location is perfect, including the orientation: it receives sunlight in the morning, and in the afternoon, it keeps warm to enjoy the view and stay on the balcony without getting super hot. We didn't rent a car and moved by bus, and discovered that the buses to Heraklion were full soon after the hotel stop, meaning they didn't pick up any more passengers. We also received a water bottle when leaving, which was a great gesture for us! Thank you for everything, Antonio.

The breakfast could be more varied and allow for an extra hour.

I loved everything! the hospitality was excellent, perfect location with mountain and beach view. newly renovated rooms with all facilities! the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

This was the best Hotel experience me and my girlfriend have ever had and I would be very surprised if anything ever comes close. It's a beautiful little hotel with a nice pool to use in the back. The rooms are perfect size, great shower room, nice balcony and the aircon worked perfectly. We used the breakfast once and it was good! Lastly the staff of this hotel are AMAZING. Antonio the owner was so lovely and nice and helped with everything, the female (I am sorry I cant remember name) was so good working in the days and Taso who worked the night was probably the happiest and friendliest person I have ever met, such a nice man. My partner also said he made the best cocktails on the holiday. I could write so many good things about this hotel, they really do make you feel welcome. Thank you Floral Hotel.

That my holiday couldn't be longer.

Small and cozy hotell, not too busy. Helpful and friendly staff. Especially the owner who is in hotel almost every day. Good location - main street, beach, Koutouloufari and Piskopiano villages near by. I like that location is little bit away from center but still relatively near. Hotel has only few parking places in front of it but there's parking lot near by within two minutes walk. Rooms have free and working air conditioning (which is not standard in Crete). Windows have good sound insulation. Swimming pool is ok and does the job in hot weather. Wifi coverige and speed was good, had no issues with it. And finally - rooms have proper shower cabin which is also not standard in Crete where even in expensive hotels is no shower curtain :D

Breakfast variety and coffee could be better. Noisy street but that comes along with location of city center. However the windows do good job during night,

Great value for money. Modern room with lovely views of the mountains and cleaned exceptionally well everyday with fresh towels if required. The fruit bowl and wine delivered to the room was a lovely surprise and made our holiday more special. Continental breakfast was a bonus. Clean pool at the rear is ideal for relaxing and the sun terrace located at the front is a nice place to sit for a drink in the evening or to enjoy your breakfast. Fresh water on arrival and departure plus use of a shower/fresh towels prior to evening flight. The Staff are very welcoming and make the hotel a pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and supportive! Everything is clean: towels, linen, sanitary ware. Furniture is new and mattress is comfortable. Air conditioning works correctly. The street outside is a bit noisy but isolation is good. Breakfasts are not diverse but it's ok for us. In addition, we found a present in the room on the second day that was very pleasant! And one more good thing, they have a shower in the basement and provided fresh towels that allowed us to avoid late check out and save some money 🙂 Highly recommend the place.

Amazing staff from start to finish it was amazing service. As a solo woman traveller I felt very safe they left fruit in my room and wine and a little card to say have a nice time which was so sweet. I needed a taxi to the airport they ordered it just seemed they were so happy to help! The room was so comfy and air con was amazing, the bed was so comfy and changed every day and given fresh towels. The place was very clean and I would 100 percent come again, I felt it was the authentic Greek experience. It is soooo close to everything literally 1 min walk from the beach; shops and bars. I loved my stay and they gave me a little bottle of olive oil on my way home as a gift they are honestly amazing hosts. The WiFi also really good, the room was very spacious too.

If I was being picky I am used to a more powerful shower as it was hard getting the temperature right and it wasn’t that powerful but I managed and it wasn’t a large problem

We felt welcomed and cuddled during all stay. The room is comfortable and quite large. The swimming pool area is relaxing. The bar is open all day. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea. Great cappuccino!

My mum and I went here for our mother-daughter holiday. We had the best stay here! The staff was so so friendly, everyone was always happy to see us and help and ask about our day. We even got a fruit and wine basket on our second day, and the hotel owner gave us a sample from his very own olive oil as a goodbye present. Room was very nice with a beautiful balcony, bed was comfy, there was a fridge and a safe! Everything you need in your holidays. Fresh towels and room service everyday. For breakfast there was a variety of foods: Greek yoghurt, honey, cereals, bread slices, feta cheese, olives, coffee, tea. What else to say other than: We had the best time there, we would love to come back! Greetings to everyone from Germany :-)
