The stuff was amazing and kind and the service in general was excellent. The hotel facilities were spotless. Very clean and inviting.

Breakfast was not as rich as I'm used to in Greece 5 star hotels. Missing verify to cheeses , salads and dressing (beside olive oil). Only sliced vegetables.. noting sofisticated.

Every single day was super amazing, the staff was really helpful and very kind 🤍🤍 smiling all the time, caring and answering every question. The room service, the restaurants and the food was great too and so delicious 😋 the spa is another world experience 🤩

Pool is nice, staff is very nice, beach is accross the street, breakfast has many many options, location is very good (considering it is Analipsi and not Hersonissos or Heraklion) - the beach is in front, there's a supermarket on the side, taxi services and car rental are neighbors, nice restaurants around - overall - all good

Privacy - I did NOT understand why even when we have the "do not disturb" light on, staff would still knock on the door - 3 times a day - and ENTER THE ROOM if you did not respond. This is not really acceptable for a high-end hotel. This has happened several times and we were lucky to not be caught in privacy moments. Wifi is MEGA slow - my computer wouldn't even OPEN netflix. The external light cannot be turned off and it is in front of the window - bringing brightness into the room at night through the bathrom - a big no no Drinks were overpriced compared to the rest of the country :)

Our vacation lasted five nights. The hotel looks great, the staff is simply outstanding, all the hotel employees without exception treated us very well, the hotel is very clean, the rooms look really good. Strongly recommends

High standard hotel, beautiful designed rooms, lots of facilities. High-end amenities. The staff is the best, so friendly, helpful and genuine. They are the true 5-star experience. From the lobby staff to the cleaning to the poolstaff. They make you feel so welcome. Special thanks to the front desk staff and Soumi. She is always happy, cheerful, and so funny (the best asset for this hotel).I truly hope they are appreciated and rewarded for their qualities. You guys made our holliday.

Just a suggestion: as a general manager (NOT operating manager), when you walk into the breakfast room, don't correct the staff in front of the guests. It's unprofessional, rude, old style management and demotivating for otherwise perfect staff. There is no need to demonstrate your dominance.

Our stay at the hotel left a very positive impression. We especially want to highlight the excellent level of service: the staff was always polite, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. The room was cozy and clean, and any requests were fulfilled promptly. We also appreciated the small but important details, such as complimentary water and timely housekeeping. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values great care and quality service!

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was top-notch, from the service to the accommodations. We were completely satisfied and didn’t find a single flaw.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are great, the food is delicious, and the location is superb. The beach is literally just a couple of metres away, and there's a good pool for those preferring it to the sea. Room service happened at least twice a day, keeping the rooms tidy. Our room had a big terrace with a great view, too. The beds were really comfortable. I have to mention the AC separately - it provided great refuge from the 30-32°C heat, working tirelessly and keeping the room at a comfortable temperature all day long. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves exquisite food.

There was a tiny issue in regards to a missing bath plug. Eventually, we resolved it on our own by just buying it at a shop in Chersonissos.

There was a lot to like about NEMA in Analipsi. But first, I think it’s important to let future guests know that Analipsi, where the hotel is located, is a very small town, with very little to do after the sun sets. Not a critic, it might just be what you’re looking for. That being said, there’s a lot more excitement going on 15 minutes away by car, in Chersonisos. Also worth mentioning that Analipsi is geographically great for visiting main attractions in Crete by car. Now, NEMA is a glamorous and modern hotel. My personal highlights of our stay there were: 1. The excellent food was absolutely worth the half board option and you’ll probably be saving money compared to dining out every evening. 2. The more than decently sized pool in the room was a life saver as the hotel large pool was often crowded and the sea was a bit windy and choppy. 3. The staff was outstanding, always pleasant and professional, and I would like to honorably mention Nikos and Mandrin at reception, our concierge Odysseas and Rati at the restaurant - you absolutely made our stay at NEMA incredible and we can’t thank you enough for that.

We found the choice of design and color pallete for the hotel to be a bit dark for Greece, but that’s a matter of personal taste. Room cleaning was erratic at times with regard to cleaning the outdoor area and providing the adequate type and number of towels. Breakfast time and the pool area could quickly get crowded and guests insisted on securing sun beds with their belongings - if you can’t beat them join them, right?

My wife and I recently stayed at NEMA Design Hotel & Spa, and our experience was truly exceptional. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Nickos at the reception, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made a real difference. He was always ready to assist and offered great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we loved the overall atmosphere. Its location was ideal – set in a peaceful area, yet still conveniently close to many nearby attractions and cities, making it easy for us to explore the region. The only minor downside was the restaurant, where the food was excellent at times but lacked consistency overall. Additionally, the housekeeping could use some improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and would highly recommend the hotel.
