The hotel is beautiful and the food was good in the majorly of the restaurants, the staff are amazing and very on-hand during the day. The spa is 10/10, I had 3 hours worth of treatments and it was worth every penny and the shop opposite the resort is really cute.

Unfortunately they do not inform you before that the all inclusive ends at 11pm and is not available in your room, you have to pay 8€ every time you order to your room. Drinks and food. The entertainment cuts off at 11pm and then everyone goes to bed, which was slightly odd. You also are only able to book 3 of the restaurants on a 5 night stay, so you have no choice but to use the standard buffet on the other days for other meal times.

Amazing resort, room, drinks, food and staff. Everything was perfect and more. Truly all inclusive food and drink experience (excluding premium wines as you would expect). My partner was Gluten Free and they took it all very seriously, and ensured he was fully educated about all the food and what he could and couldn't have. They also ensured he had a special dessert created for him ready, and filled the Mini Bar with Gluten Free beer. Hospitality was exemplary, particularly from Eleni in La Parilla who was faultless and made us feel like one of the family in a matter of days.

Wish they provided a mechanism to be able to formally feedback on staff that went above and beyond and provide a way/process to tip. The music playlist was rather small and became a little grating by the end of the holiday hearing the same songs over and over again, they should add a lot more songs or have a mix without vocals.

For me, it was the best service I have ever had in my entire life! all employees were very polite and welcoming. I recomend for sure and I will be back soon.

Everything was perfect

It was a beautiful venue. You really felt like in Maldives. There was a good choice of food. It was also super clean. And we loved the different options (restaurants) you had to eat.

The first night we were forced to eat at the buffet because a reservation for an a la carte Restaurant wasn’t possible anymore. Our steam room was great but the door was not sealed enough so a lot steam went out and it was hard to heat it up. Although it was an adults only hotel, next to it there’s the Stella Palace where you hear the children screaming from. For me very annoying because I’m a teacher and I really needed a children break.

Don’t usually post reviews but definitely feel as though this hotel is an exception. Will also be nice for people to read because before I came away I was feeling slightly apprehensive about it due to the negative comments. Our stay at Stella Island has been one I’ll remember forever, a truly 5* experience from start to finish. We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and never met such a fantastic, hard working, lovely group of staff members all working to make your holiday the best and most relaxing it can be. During the day I would describe the experience to be extremely relaxing, I felt as though the hotel was one big spa and just felt I was floating on a cloud all day (cloud/lilo same thing lol). During the night, we always had so much fun whether that was watching the entertainment or sitting around the pool bars enjoying the live music/saxophone/singers etc! The food was absolutely amazing, don’t think I have to ever been to a hotel where I have tried so many new flavours & dishes. There are many choices throughout breakfast, lunch & dinner and all the restaurants were great. We really didn’t have one bad experience at all, everything was fantastic. We had a luxury swim up room which we actually didn’t think we would use as love being amongst the atmosphere but we had a fantastic location and could actually swim across to the bar which was ideal and we did spend most of our afternoons here as we had a perfect sun spot until around 7/8pm. I did see loads of comments about there being no other sunbeds free as people put towels down early but again we didn’t experience this at all. when we were around the main areas of the pool it didn’t feel there was any rush to put towels down and always found a great spot! Over all a truly beautiful holiday, beautiful surroundings & the most relaxing time I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Again, the biggest shout out to the staff, who made it unforgettable for us.

the property was magical. everyday there was more to fall in love with. so many details in the architecture, fabulous wood work handcrafted furniture and the lighting in the bars, lobby and even bedrooms! I wanted to bring it all home! the engineering feat with the endless infinity lagoons was beautiful! thank you for your generous delicious drinks and meals!!

our room had a dysfunctional air conditioning smell but they immediately gave us another room and had the other room serviced the next day

Couldn't always get reservation at the restaurant wanted. But we were there for a short period of time

The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. We stayed in the shared pool room on the all inclusive basis. All the restaurants are open to choose from (even if they are fully booked on the hotel's app try calling reception and they'll help with reservations). Also the menu in the bars is very varied, with soft drinks, cocktails and wine. The restaurant we liked most is Umami - best food in our opinion (and not only sushi and fish). Also, the food in the main buffet restaurant was good and included many optins. There are shows every evening and yoga and pilates classes which are very nice. We asked to have a late checkout and were allowed to stay longer without extra charge. The staff is very nice and attentive. We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back!

The food in some of the restaurants wasnt very good in our opinion (the mexican restaurant and the creten restaurant). The restroom had a little smell of sewage. Drinks at the pool take time to arrive.
