Staying at Sunshine Boutique Hotel felt like being at home, with the added luxury and convenience of a boutique hotel. From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The entire team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, is exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared-for. The owner, in particular, goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, with a personal touch that adds to the hotel's charm.

Lovely new hotel, with beautiful deco and furniture. Fabulous breakfast and pool area. Right next to the old town which has up-market taverna's. Supermarket, bakery etc minutes away. Car parking area is large and a minute or two from the hotel. Malia has a great soft sand beach. All the staff were very helpful, so ask for advice on what to do etc. Extremely clean hotel.

The beach is about 20 minutes flat walk away, this wasn't a problem for us but maybe if you have mobility problems. A safe would be nice.

This boutique hotel is superb! I liked everything about it and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is even more beautiful than on the pictures, everything is brand new. The area is quiet but very close to the restaurants and bars. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the friendliness and hospitality of the people that work there. I hope to return to this place some day.

Absolutely nothing

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast had a lot to offer. A lot of Greek breakfast items that were foreign to us but also a lot of fruit and eggs that you can’t go wrong with. The room was clean and very modern which we liked and we had an amazing view over the pool and you could even see the sea! Definitely recommend you request for a room on the second floor with pool view if possible. The staff was very helpful and kind and you could book any trip from the hotel reception. The pool was also very large which was nice. The location was excellent with everything being close by. The beach was about a 15-20min walk and 5-10min walk in the other direction plenty of restaurants. The bar strip was a 10min walk from the hotel which was nicely close by but still far enough to not hear all the noise from the parties.

There was nothing we very much disliked, but just a few things that didn’t suit our needs, but keep in mind that everyone’s different. The coffee wasn’t strong enough. We like strong coffee and this one was quite milky. The electricity in the room went off when you took your keycard out (which is a very good thing!) but this meant the refrigerator stopped working. We had ice cream that melted so keep this in mind when leaving food there. There was also a sign that if you hang up your towels, they won’t remove them, but we had clean towels each time. And I mean it wasn’t a bad thing per say, but if the environment is something you care about, this might bother you.

hotel is nice and clean, staff is very kind and always ready to help, the pool is nice when you are not in the mood to walk down to the beach, overall a good experience and an excellent value for money.

a bit too far from the sea, breakfast a bit difficult in a small place and products are not always home made as i would expect in Greece but from industrial production.

Room was beautiful...kids loved being next to the pool. Short walk into town as well and easy dedicated parking closeby. The air con was amazing. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was very quiet....no loud tourists making noise or drinking in the middle of the night. Perfect for families.

Bathroom had no door or screen so when my kids opened the curtain at the entrance door, there was no privacy....

The breakfast served at Sunshine is exceptional. I travel regularly and I have never seen such a varied and complete breakfast with good regional products. Everything is presented with great care and taste. This establishment combines all the services of a large hotel. Smiling and competent staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. The decoration is wonderful. I highly recommend the Sunshine Boutique Hotel.

We had a nice stat at this hotel. It looks like in the photos, very nice decorated and the pool are si awesome! The hotel breakfast is good value and has a lot of options.

The air conditioner from the room is old and very noisy… sadly it didn’t had any “sleep” mode button. It would need an upgrade.

A pleasant receptionist made a great first impression. But in reality all the staff outdone our expectations, specially the breakfast staff which gave us a lot of recommendations of beaches and some secret gems to go next. The room was small, but sufficient, and the suite was all renovated, as well as all of the hotel. The place was calm and quiet to sleep.

Hotel, service and atmosphere were fantastic! We stayed at the hotel 7 days and every day could eat something different for the breakfast. There were delicious cretan food and also fresh ingridiens. Bed was very comfortable. I really like the atmosphere there. Ladies are amazing, helpful and always smiling. We felt there also Danai's heart, who created this place and every detail. She also takes care of the hotel everytime and help guest. She helped us to organize travel to Santorini. Rooms are cleaned every day. After 21 PM you can meeting Antonio, who is amazing guard of the hotel and thanks for him we were feeling totally safety during whole nights.
