Xenia is beautifully situated on a hill with a view of the beach and the sea. If you want to retreat and just feel your best in a peaceful environment with its own climate, this is perfect. The rooms are fresh and functionally furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. From the balcony, you have a breathtaking view of the sea, with the sunset over the mountain on the other side of the bay. Beaches are located nearby with sun loungers or bring your own towel. The staff is very helpful and attentive to ensure the guests' satisfaction.

Since Xenia is located remotely, having a car is almost a necessity for exploring the surroundings and grocery shopping. There are a few shops in the village, but they are expensive and have a limited selection.

Very comfortable, quiet stay. Our room and the hotel was exactly as described online, the staff was amazing - helpful, welcoming, considerate. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant is delicious for dinners as well. There's a beach that you can descend to in 5 minutes and the hotel provides umbrealla and towels. You can also benefit from the nearby establishments and use their sun beds and shades. The beach front is also very quiet and mostly visited by local people. We particularly liked the staff and the quality of service, had an excellent stay. Thank you!!

Xenia Residence located in a quite bay, with an exceptional see view and large terrace. The outside lobby area is elegant with comfortable sofas and cozy evening lights. The staff especially Panos is extremely friendly and helpful. Ample, high-quality breakfast, freshly prepared.

Everything was exceptional. Together with my friends we are long time customers of this property. The location is special in an impressive natural setting; these noble people managed to create an atmosphere that rests your soul. Everything is luxury. Exceptional cleanliness. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, a kitchen with everything clean, a washing machine. I stayed in the apartment for two people and in the suite for 4 people. Everything is superlative. They are open to any concerns or dissatisfaction that they try to create a dream vacation for you. The employees at the reception, bar, waiter that I have met over time have a special respect for customers and are always benevolent, warm, welcoming, with a smile on their lips that you can't come back here. Year after year we return with love. I haven't met these quality services at this price, in such a natural setting and special people. This time, we arrived at the location very late from the airport, Panagiotis was waiting for us, he greeted us warmly like old friends, he offered us what we wanted to drink from the house, he told us about the area this special. Thank you I'm repeating myself but I have to emphasize because the people who created this place have put soul into every corner to crrate a little heaven for guests. First of all the location and the view is magnificent.. Special thanks to Panos and his team, Maria and everyone from the bar. The service from them was brilliant, outstanding I would say. They made us feel like home and I would like to thank you for this. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Very tasty and diversified. Protein bar, cookies, omelette and juice all home made. The Cocktails were made with home made syrup, were very good also. The whole experience was 5 stars for us, we will definitely return to this location and we hope to see Panos, Maria and all the staff here again. Bogdan

Everything was brilliant

From the moment we walked into reception we knew we had found the perfect place to stay. Panos and his team could not do more to make us feel welcome. From, encouraging us to relax with a welcoming drink on arrival to carrying our cases to our room and ensuring everything was in order to recommending great restaurants and making sure that we found our way to the recommended restaurant and ensuring that we were looked after. We could not ask for more diligent service. We had a 5* star experience thanks to Panos.

The breakfast was definitely among top 5; it was a selection from a rich menu where all of our change requests were accepted. We stayed for one week and it was one of the highligts of our vacation. Same place also offers dinner service, which was the best restaurant we have visited in the island. The room was quite big; my wife got sick and had to stay in the room for 3 days. She said at least our flat / room was so comfortable it did felt good to stay. We had 3 balconies which were highly enjoyable. Kitchen, table, enough space for our staff. There is a very clean private pebble beach with 5 min walking distance, they borrowed us umbrellas and towels to use it there. Organized beach was a bit further down the road - 3 min driving distance. Overall great service/food/space - thanks a lot for everything

If you want to go around the island you need to have a car and the distances are considerably long. Nothing I can criticize on the residence

Fantastic spot with beautiful views, you can see the sea just from your bed, wake up, and fall asleep with the sound of the waves (with open windows). Rooms have everything you might need, towels are changed every day, and everything is super clean. Breakfast was included. It was not a standard buffet but a la carte with plenty of options. We tried everything during our stay and liked it all. Beach is close. You can walk about 7 minutes through the forest or take a car. Water is crystal clear, and in August, it was also very warm. Umbrellas are available at the reception free of charge. Last but definitely not the least is staff. Attentive, caring, made our stay extremely comfortable! We are really hoping to be back one day.
