We had a beautiful pool unit at the edge of the property that was very private, and we appreciated that the lounging bed was in the partial/shade most of the day. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance--we ate at Salt several times. Small, well-equipped gym. There are lots of stairs on this property in spite of the fact there are some elevators. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

The gym is filthy. Dried sweat on machines and very hot. The AC unit seems to only run if someone uses it, so consequently you need to allow for time for room to cool down. Also, breakfast eggs were always cold by the time we received them. I gave up and just ordered them hard-boiled and ate yogurt.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property couldn’t have been nicer! Ios has a reputation for being a “party island” but it ended up being the most relaxing & restful stop on our journey mainly because we didn’t want to leave our room! The patio & pool were huge, it felt like a villa more so than a hotel room. It was super close to the beach & the elevator made it extremely accessible. I miss waking up to the Aegean views and laying on the daybed, taking intermittent dips into the pool. It was a lovely time and everyone was very warm!

I almost don’t want to write this as I’d love to keep this beautiful property a hidden secret, we’ve travelled wide and far and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed. Could not fault a single thing. They had a family of kittens who were absolutely adorable, can’t wait to see them all again next year!

Nothing at all. The best two things about Ios grand suites are firstly their staff, they can not do enough to help you and make your stay as luxury and comfortable as possible. Secondly, the villas and their view. Absolutely spectacular. Will be repeat customers for years to come, we can’t wait to return again!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and the room and view was an absolute dream. All of the staff were extremely kind and having breakfast delivered to your room is amazing! This is a new hotel so there are some small missing things that could be added like hooks out an outside folding clothes hangar since the Suites have pools and there wasn’t really a spot to hang bathing suits to dry other than the chairs.

The shower head is amazing and the pressure is wonderful but after using the rainfall shower head for a 15min shower it flooded the entire Suite with the exception of the bathroom. It was relayed to us that this is a constant problem here so maybe a water barrier or maintenance on the shower pipes would help with that

The room was amazing. The pool was perfect and we had a beautiful view. It was very peaceful, exactly what we wanted. The room was constantly air-conditioned and was great to escape from the heat outside. It was beautifully laid out.

The breakfast in the morning was cold by the time it got it us. Could do with using something over it to keep it hot. Wish the wine glasses weren't black, hard to keep the wine cool.

Location, views, our own private pool, friendly and helpful staff especially front desk, shuttle service on arrival to and from hotel, the breakfast in our suite was a treat and lots to choose from. Also hotel breakfast buffet was great.

Some little things like- - we received shower gel on day of arrival and never again - we didn’t receive water every day - didn’t always feel clean, on second last day our bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all. Counter was exactly as we left it.

Amazing property! just like the pictures! The room clean everyday, even external to the room. Staff were exceptional, would help every way they could, even if they couldn’t meet what we were after, they would give what they could and go above and beyond! Special shout-out to Adriana! breakfast brought to room and set up every morning by staff and then cleared. property close to the beach, mini markets and stunning restaurants (within 5 min walk) and 10 minutes from main town! Could not recommend this property more! We loved it, never wanted to leave! We will be back!

We were picked up at the port by the hotel shuttle. Ride to hotel is only 10 minutes. The Ios Grand Suites are brand new, so rooms are clean and exceptional! Breakfast is bought to your room daily at your desired time. Food was abundant and delicious. You can eat breakfast outside on your private veranda overlooking Myloportas Beach. Location is perfect!! 15 minute walk to town and a 2 minute walk to the beach. We went with our 4 children aged 15-23. They enjoyed the watersports and nightlife in town, while my husband and I enjoyed the beach and infinity pool. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is perfect for both couples and families. Every room has their own infinity pool and a large outdoor space and shower. No need to rent a car unless you want to venture out to different parts of the island.

Nothing!! We will definitely stay at the Ios Grand Suites again. The staff was exceptional and polite and Christos the manager made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

As the suites were brand new there we still little things that needed to be completed. There was an outside area off the lounge and this could not be used as there was no cover completed on this area as yet. There was no fridge on the inside kitchenette area only the one on the outside. There needed to be towel hanging areas whether it was hooks or rails as there was nothing. All the finishings and items were of high quality and i'm certain that all the remaining things will be completed in time and then this accommodation will be outstanding!

Amazing location with unobstructed views to the Aegean sea. The suite is very well thought out and very well designed. Massive outdoor space with an stunning infinity pool and a sense of privacy. The staff is very friendly, the service is top-notch and the breakfast one of a kind! Highly recommended!
