This turned into 6 nights as we didn't want to leave. It was paradise, the staff were soooo lovely we even joined them at the closing party. Tassos & Theodore made us feel like royalty & the food was top notch. The 9 course taster menu in Ches restaurant was fabulous. If I could give 20 score I would. It is unique, uplifting & fabulous. Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Everything. Staff are exceptionall. Facilities exceptional.

Felt a bit trapped because transfers to other places on the island were too expensive. Shame because other beaches on the island are beautiful, and they should encourage guests to visit them. Only other thing to be aware of is that there are rooms without pools. If the primary reason for a guest to be there is to experience the "marketed" image, then that will be an issue for them.

I didn't like there lunch menu and there dinner menu , stuff cooked not right. Also that never was discussed with me that I have to pay for transportation every time I leave the hotel €70 just to go downtown to grab dinner bc we didn't like the food at the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and the chefs will create anything for you which you wish. The staff are extraordinary. Every single minute of each day.

There is NOTHING at this resort which could be better. Everything is exceptional and everything is extraordinary ~ like nothing you e ever seen before.

This hotel is like an art! Every step you make is something new and well designed. Very unique experience and I did traveled whole world round. I highly recommend it!

The hotel, the meals, the friendliness of staff members (Nia and Daniel at Reception and Tasos the Manager). In a nutshell, everthing was exceptional.

The fact that I had to check out

The hotel is far from expectations. The concept wanted to be impressive, but it is extremely kitsch, an abundance of poor quality objects (a lots of plastic hart’s, peppa’s pig mascot at the reception, a lot’s of statues etc). The cleanliness of the common spaces leaves much to be desired, the pools are dirty, the windows dusty, the menu poor and expensive. The rooms do not offer privacy, the window of our room was in the middle of the restaurant, and there is no privacy in the inner courtyard, repeatedly entering tourists who thought it was a common space.

However, the hotel staff is very kind, willing to offer you friendly support.

EVERYTHING! Amazing staff, amazing room / pool / private beach. The included breakfast was delicious. In the cabana's, they provide you with a button to request help from a staff (towels, sunscreen, food, drinks) which was so efficient. Will definitely come back.

Only thing that could have made this better would be free transfers and if it was an all-inclusive. We had to pay extra to go to a sister hotel / near the city and to another beach. We had an additional ~1K in extra (food, drinks, etc) since there is nothing that's close to the hotel.
