The hotel is located in the old town of Nafplion and it is operating in 4 connected buildings. There are steps to reach the reception area. The lady at the reception was very kind and gave us useful tips about the city. The room was large, very clean and with a nice view of the old town, the sea and Bourtzi. There was the option of breakfast with an additional charge of €12/person, but we didn't choose it.

There was not enough soundproofing and the talking could be heard from the other rooms and from the breakfast area. Fortunately the neighborhood is very quiet and the only outside noise was a dog that barked a lot during the first night, while the other night was very quiet.

The room the had a lovely view - the staff were lovely - bed comfortable we didn't get breakfast but enjoyed the good coffee!

Be aware that the parking situation is pretty tight. First night we had to park about a mile away. This was not made clear in directions. The close by parking consists of about 5 public spaces. Especially difficult on a Saturday night. Also the room's bathroom/toilet had a bad smell the first night - we left all the windows open the next day -and aired out the room and the second night the bad bathroom odor resolved.

Wauw - what a nice place. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. Very clean, very modern equipment. We watched the sunset out of the balcony of one window side and the sunrise on the other. The view on the water castle of Bourtzi in the Argolic gulf is breathtaking. The reception provided even beach towels for the beach which is in walking distance from the Guesthouse. We loved the breakfast, a buffet with homemade bakeries and local food beautifully presented and cared for by the chef and his team.

We were so sorry that we could not stay longer.

The hotel is run by very professional and friendly people. It’s a lovely hotel located on top of a slope overlooking the old city and port. The room was very comfortable, new and clean and with a gorgeous view . I highly recommend a private tour with Alex. He is a very gracious man and drove us to Epidaurus and the port to take a ferry to Spetses. It was a very affordable and tailor made private tour. We had a wonderful stay relaxing in our family room and exploring this gorgeous city.

There are stairs to climb and would only be an issue for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the old town centre. Our room had a beautiful view of roof tops and the sea in the distance through a big window. The staff were very helpful

There was a dog that kept barking on and add the whole time of our stay. When asked if anyone had complained to the owner (house opposite hotel), I was told that this had only just started occurring and was because of the rain. It only rained for one day, so Not sure why the barking continued in sunny weather too.

Such a beautiful little hotel nestled in the main/old area of Nafplio! We had amazing views from our second-floor room, and a fresh sea breeze. We stayed in the family room with a queen and two twin beds. It was pretty big for a European hotel, which was really nice, though the bathroom was pretty tight (and didn't have a fan so got very steamy from showers, even with the tiny window opened). The breakfast was AMAZING too - the best we had on our whole trip (and we stayed in 5 different hotels). The staff was very friendly too.

The beds were terrible. Our room was beautiful EXCEPT the nicely made-up queen bed had two obvious people-shaped dents in the mattress where it was sagging from too much use. Would be great with a mattress replacement.

Lovely small hotel 5 minutes from all Napflio's action. The view over the bay was superb. Staff were delightful and very helpful.

People should be aware that there is no elevator so ask for a ground floor room if that's an issue. There are also about 10 steps to get into the hotel.

The location with view on the sea, and the fact that it’s recently renovated and clean

The first 3 person room we were given was in the first floor with no view, in a building not renovated, with a tiny bathroom. It was not very nice. We asked to change and we were upgraded to a deluxe triple room with a view for 20€ more that was much better.

Excellent choice for a one night stay in Nafplion. Great location. We appreciated the suggestion offered by the staff at the reception to take the Nafplia Palace Hotel lift (at the end of the little street) to go up to the Clock Tower to watch thesunset above the sunset over the city. Fabulous.
