Very helpful and friendly staff, good amenities and excellent location. They upgraded one room without extra charge to accommodate my request to be near my family that I was traveling with.

The shower was a bit small and had no place to put my own soap or shampoo, and the container of provided shampoo/shower gel was empty. However, the shower was nicely enclosed so that no water spilled onto the floor when showering.

Hotel is perfect, location wise for shopping, sightseeing, and as a base if you're visiting neighbouring city. Parking is free if your driving like what we did. Breakfast is good , selection of cold meat and cheese, pastries, cereal, fruits and a handful of hot food.

The only downside is we can hear the room next door to us and along the corridor. No soundproof for sure🙂. But the rest is nearly excellent.

The museum itself was beautiful. We appreciated the decorations and the general atmosphere. The staff was polite, helpful, and had excellent communication skills. Everyone was efficient while remaining well-articulated. The rooms were clean and had the necessary equipment, as well as extra amenities. The breakfast was exceptionally good. It didn't lack anything, and it was obvious that it was freshly made.

The location was great. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast had a reasonable amount of choice. Plenty of hot water.

The overhead shower didn't work, the side shower soaked the floor, and the bath plug didn't hold the water in the bath. We also missed not having coffee and tea making facilities in the room

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It has an older appearance but it’s very well kept, great convenient location, easy street parking, friendly staff, fluffy comfy beds, good breakfast. Definitely good value.

AC is not an available in the “cold” months, only heater as in other parts in Greece. Some days are very sunny and actually warm in fall so the room can get a bit too warm for my personal taste.

Beautifully decorated and clean room, comfortable bed with a balcony. Very helpful and courteous staff. The included breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and a had a wonderful selection. Great location with ample street parking. Beautifully decorated and spacious and welcoming lobby.

The room we had was a bit small for two and the bathroom was small for the oversized sink and vanity. There was no in room coffee maker or kettle.

The hotel is conveniently located, being just a few blocks from the waterfront, Syntagma Square and charming little laneways with shops and restaurants. The reception staff were welcoming and the room was clean and well-appointed. We had the sofa bed made up for our son and the room was big enough for the three of us for a one-night stay. The breakfast buffet was fine, if a little limited. We found a park in a nearby street for our car.

The staff was very friendly. The room that I chose personally after comparing was nice, although small, and no good view, but comfortable. For one night it was a good solution since quite close to center but not so expensive.

As far as I remember breakfeast was not really a burner... I personally was not a big fan of Nafplio.

I liked the Hotel very much it had a good location only a short distance from the old town and harbour and very close to the stairs going up to Palamidi Castle. The staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was really nice. It had a lift to go up to the upper levels plus stairs. The room was comfortable and so was the bed.

The bathroom was ok but the shower was in the bathtub which many hotel are the same but it was on the small side in there when taking a shower and quite cramped.

Nice located hotel within walking distance from the city centre, friendly staff, good value for money, 24h reception, nice deco,room with balcony, easy car parking nearby. I wil definitely stay again there but hoping to get a room with double bed instead of two single ones
