Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Food could have been warmer but all in all very good.

I personally thought the check in lady on arrival could have been a bit more welcoming to the point I could have easily fallen out with her. After not being cable to scan passport straight away we were kept waiting for a while. She then wrote the room number for us on a bit of paper as we arrived early and room was not ready. When we returned to collect our room keys we showed the bit of paper to a new nice lady on the desk but the room number on the oaper was not the correct room number which the first lady had written down.

Really nice hotel for the price. Great location. Modern hotel just outside the old town walls, but very near to a gate, so we could walk to lovely resturaunts every night for dinner. Also near entrance to the moat walk around the city which we did most evenings. The staff in the hotel were fantastic, helpful and friendly, especially Chala in the bar/poolside cafe who was so lovely and helpful. The pool was perfect and a great facility to have also for lying in the sun. The bedrooms were great, with incredibly comfortable bed. The whole apartment was very sizeable and the living room, with the sofa beds was quite nice, not as good as the bedroom, but still quite comfortable. The balcony was very big. The man in the mini market attached to the hotel was also really nice and helpful.

Just maybe more comfortable beds in the living room.

The friendly staff always put a smile on our faces. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Drinks and food at the poolside bar is so chill. They have daybeds, and nothing felt busy or crowded even though they were fully booked. The on-site mini-mart is brilliant and useful, and the staff was friendly. A short walk away from the old town, and a great view of the sea and cruise ships rolling in, just an amazing stay.

The only small downside, was the balcony had large white barriers that impacted the beautiful view. I would prefer glass barriers so you can take it all in.

Location was excellent. Just a 5 minute walk into the old town walls where all the restaurants are. Also only a short walk to the harbour. We would enjoy a great breakfast at the hotel, plenty of choices. Disappeared off in the morning then came back to enjoy an afternoon around the Pool with no difficulty getting a sun bed. We loved that you couldn't reserve beds. Note you cannot use the room towels for the beds. Dimitri daytime Barman and his staff were all excellent. They were so friendly and served great drinks. Evening Bartender was John and equally as good. Bar was open until 1am but quiet. Pool was cold but it was May. Very clean everywhere. Bar prices reasonable. Food also very good at hotel. Calamari yummy. Restaurants outside: Nimmos and At Thomas. Great food and not tourist trap ones like in the square. Don't get drawn into the tourist traps. Ask prices. The hotel was excellent value and really nice and quiet. Would totally recommend.

A fabulous hotel with great facilities and value for money. The location was perfect for the old town and exploring further afield. The place was really friendly and the service and cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast was great with a wonderful choice and the service of staff and in particular Despina, was brilliant. Every morning was a pleasure. The pool bar was equally as good with a great menu and reasonable prices. Again Jonny looked after us all well and all the family loved the place. The shop attached was also great value and Janus was so helpful. All in all an excellent choice for value for money

Very nice, clean hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool and decking area. Live music was played in the outdoor area on the Saturday night. It is very close to the old town and harbours which are just around the corner and is only half an hour from the airport. Very nice well stocked breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. It is also one of the selected hotels for pick ups from tour companies for the likes of Lindos. Would stay again!

The sliding doors to the balcony did not lock which was a bit of worry for me as a solo female traveller. Being on the 2nd floor during a quiet season, it wasn't much of an issue but balconies on different floors have not stopped intruders in other scenarios. Additionally, (and this was only a small issue that probably can't be helped) there seemed to be a small infestation of ants on the table near the sliding doors which I had to dispose of.

I always check a lot of reviews before deciding on a hotel. This one is indeed not the newest hotel, however, we did not meet any negative surprises. In addition, staff was very friendly and helpful, the AC units (one per room), worked exceptionally well and everything was clean and well taken care of during our stay. The prices are fair and it's a fantastic alternative of a two room place, just at the edge of old town (< 5 min walk). And depending on the side of the hotel, you'll overlook the harbor and old town. And finally there's some good restaurants in the area as well, which are also frequented by locals. And not being in old town directly, ensures you're not accidentally in a place right next to an open air nightclub.

You may experience some early morning traffic noise, especially on weekdays. The mattress is due for replacement because of the large dent on one of the sides (room 420) If looking for a beach holiday, keep in mind that those close by are directly in the harbor, with swimming being strongly discouraged. Sandy Zefyros is a good 20 min walk, the pebble beaches up north even further.

The total price for the property for 6 nights, including breakfast for four people, was only £420. This is an excellent deal, considering the average price of similar hotels in Rhodes Town. The staff were very helpful and friendly during the breakfast service, and the food provided was very nice overall, offering a range of hot food, hot and cold drinks, desserts, snacks and fresh fruits. The facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool, which was very large. Plenty of lounge chairs were provided. The room was very clean, and overlooking the pool, with comfortable bedding and a kitchen area. The bathroom was very clean, with a range of shampoos and conditioners provided.

The first room that we were given was overlooking a busy road, and the noise from the cars and the motorcycles was quite annoying. However, we requested a room change, and the second room, overlooking the pool, was a lot more peaceful and quiet. It also seemed to have better furnishings. Also, make sure to avoid the minimarket downstairs, (it is connected to the property), as the products there are double or triple the price of a normal supermarket. Super Market Pappou (Πάππου - ΣΠΑΡ Ροδος) is a five minute walk away from the property, and is much more reasonably priced.

The location is excellent, the hotel was very close to the entrance to old town and there was lots on street parking available close by. The room was spacious, with a seperate bedroom and living area and had a large balcony. The staff were helpful, breakfast was usual greek and the pool area was good. We made a special request for a high floor, which the hotel would not confirm beforehand, but which they did honour. Overral a good choice and i would stay again.

Some of the rooms are overlooked by other balconys, because of this we asked to change rooms. This was agreed with minimum fuss, which we appreciated. Some of the decor was a bit tired and the rooms could do with more soundproofing. Although the breakfast was adequate, the fact that you have facilities in the room meant it was not really needed.

Spacious appartment from 2 rooms and small kitchen, good location, had half board - breakfast good and dinner rich consists from soup,salad,main course and dessert. Friendly staff, breakfast lady always with smile, dinner girls also polite and smiley. I would reccomend this hotel as I really enjoyed my vacation

Some small things...I would like next time that cleaning ladies would hoover or mop the floor at least once in six days 🙂 Also one evening dinner waiter was not in good mood, my parents said Hello, but did not hear anything in return when he came to our table...felt really not cosy all evening...But all the rest was good and enjoyable
