Tricky to find down narrow cobbled lane from main drag. Also a bit disconcerting that main door locked and no response when I rang the bell. I had arrived at the time I’d said I would. I messaged via Booking.com and thankfully got an immediate response from Cris who arrived after a few minutes to let me in. Good directions would have helped plus instructions to call him when I arrived. If someone was not very confident, these difficulties might have been a major issue for them.

Beautiful, clean and new room with all the equipment we needed and more. Fortunie the lady who runs the place is gorgeous, and spoiled us with nuts and marmalade when we sat out on the porch. Great location in the quiter area of the world heritage city of Rhodes. Close to everything and still quiet. Great value for money.

There is no reception 24/7 so it's important to let them know in advance your time of arrival so that there is someone to receive you. Also note that the room isn't suitable for roomates (who are not spouses) as the shower and toilet are seethrough.

• This accommodation is a sort of a blend between an Airbnb and a hotel. While daily cleaning service is provided, there is no reception or breakfast. However, the staff are very helpful and easily reachable via WhatsApp or the booking.com website. • Located in Rhodes Old Town, this accommodation offers an authentic experience with all major sights nearby. Despite being close to the attractions, it’s situated in a quiet area away from the main streets. While there was some noise from nearby bars, we had no trouble sleeping with the windows closed. Transfers by golf cart to and from the Old Town gates can be arranged upon arrival and departure. • The Deluxe room on the first floor features a cozy interior and access to an indoor garden with a sitting area. • Good air conditioning.

• While the accommodation eventually grew on us, it would have been helpful to know upfront that this is not a traditional hotel — it’s essentially an old two-story refurbished building with one room per floor. • Since the windows in our room faced the indoor garden on the first floor, which is accessible to other residents, we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. • It would be great if more hangers were available in the bathroom area.

The location was excellent - right in the culture and nightlife of Rhodes medieval town! Due to this location be warned, your taxi WILL NOT be able to drop you off at the door of this hotel. You will need to contact the hotel before arriving so they can pick you up in a little electric golf cart and this truly does feel super VIP! This is totally fine and the staff make this seamless but just a warning in case you are unsure of how Rhodes old town works (like myself before this trip!). This hotel being in the medieval town means you are super close to so many attractions, restaurants and bars! I would prefer to stay here rather than the coastal resorts for sure! The beach is only 15 mins walk. The room we had was on the ground floor and it was rather spacious. the shower was huge and the decor was stunning! You really do feel you are living inside a historic building! Amenities were great, we had a nespresso machine and kettle! They even gave us a delicious red wine which we couldn't get enough of! Toiletries were lovely and so were the towels and robes. The bed is super comfy and you are guaranteed a good sleep. The room was very clean too! You can request your cleans as often or as little as you like. Do be warned this is not a hotel with a reception desk, this is really more like renting an apartment. As someone who only really stays in hotels for the comfort and service this did make me nervous when I found out after arriving that there was no reception however all was perfect in the end. Whenever we needed anything, I could whatsapp the managing staff and they would bring whatever was needed. On site, there was also a lovely lady who was always there in case you needed something immediately. Mr Mihalis was always super helpful and gave us great recommendations for our trip!

This was an absolutely stunning renovation of a historic property, it was clean and comfortable, and beautiful. Not much more you could really ask for. Staff were accommodating in transporting us to and from. But the flat itself, the beautiful features, and the gorgeous huge patio looking out onto a beautiful square were the real stars of the show. Really memorable.

Not really anything wrong. There were noisy clubs and people nearby on Saturday night, but the soundproofing was pretty good so you couldn't hear much.

Clean and tidy and as displayed in pictures. The yia yia who owns the property with her grandkids is a gem. She was so sweet, she served us a morning tea one day. She told us about her life and was as eager to know about my heritage. She was truly very sweet.

Very difficult to get to when dropped at top of old town- struggled moving suitcase over pebbled path. Best to suggest people are dropped at port side to walk up- as path is smoother.

Facilities were excellent

The club about 200m away which played loud music till 4am on Sat night into Sun am. I had a half marathon at 7am and was too tired to perform as well as I could. Not the owners fault but worth being aware of.

From the beginning the staff were incredibly helpful, accomodating and friendly. We were given tips on the best places to eat, swim, and shop. We were assisted with hiring a car and we felt looked after the entire time. We already intend to return, and cannot recommend these rooms enough.

Great central location but away from from Main Street . The owner was delightful and the mangers were very helpful .

The apartment (it is advertised as a hotel but it is an apt) was comfortable, very clean with an excellent location and had a nice balcony. The host provided a complimentary bottle of wine, water and coffee which was nice. Recommend that you secure transfer from the gate to the hotel ($10 fee by owner). Unfortunately, even though I had confirmed a transfer with the apartment upon arrival at the gate, I had to contact them again at the gate to meet me. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet during the day, but recommend you bring earplugs as music and noise from nearby bars/restaurants are easily heard until 1:00-3:30am pending night.
