The hotel is clean and renovated. The breakfast was good.

Location and parking. I asked to keep parking in fron of the hotel but they did not and we had to park in a parking place.

The cozy ambiance and warm decor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding—always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We loved the breakfast, which, though not a buffet, was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed, the staff kindly let us stay late, which was a lifesaver! We couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in town!

Friendly staff, nice rooms with complimentary water, coffee and snacks, great a la carte breakfast

I booked this as it can sleep up to 4 in one room. Hotel is very nicely done through out and it's modern. It doesn't feel out dated or old fashioned. Or "trying too hard". Breakfast was unusual. It's buffet style but you order what u want from the menu at your table. Enjoyed my freddo espresso and cappuccino with oat milk. Bed was comfortable. Has soft or firm pillows to go with. Bath robes for you to wear if u wish. Hair conditioner and body cream in bathroom if u want it. Liked shower room alot. Cleaners were great. Tidied up after me a bit and made the bed again when my 3 year old wet the bed. I've been to the city many times and have family there. So I didn't use all facilties or do any sight seeing. Great restaurants nearby.

I'm sensitive to light when sleeping. The glow from the air conditioning switch was irritating. I wish the hotel provided top notch eye covers. There was also a glow from the TV stand by button. Wish the TV would just switch off properly with a button. I know many people are not bothered but many people need pure blackness to fall asleep. Not child friendly as no play area or playing stuff. It wasn't too important as we were out with family and had lots of stuff to play with in our room.

The staff: professional, polite, and are exemplars of what customer service should be in a hotel. The breakfast: they figured it out. One of the best breakfast experiences I had in a luxury hotel recently. Bravo. The room: bed was comfortable, the amentites were pleasant, and vibe on point.

The sauna/spa: While we did not pay for any spa services, we utilized the jazuzzi and sauna. The experience is OK, but I feel the experience is a bit rushed (45 minutes isn't enough to enjoy properly). Also, we were only able to use it one time without having to pay a fee - this is a disappointment.

The hotel location was perfect for what we wanted to do on our trip - it does not provide seaside views which might be important for other customers. But, it was very peaceful and quiet which worked very well for us. Staff was both competent and friendly, eager to help and make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Overall, an excellent place to stay when visiting Thessaloniki.

The fact that you allow guests to have breakfast at any time, all day is terrific. The front desk staff (especially Joanna) were all extremely helpful and accommodating. Having the parking spaces right in front and helping us to maneuver in there was also excellent. The location was perfect to walk the entire city. There was even a laundromat right down the street (which we needed since we’ve been traveling for a month!)

We had a fantastic stay, we arrived late due to a delayed flight but had used the taxi booking service the hotel had recommended so we were greeted and taken straight to the hotel. Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade which was gratefully received. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was bottled water and coffee. The bar area was lovely and reasonably priced. Great location and we walked to the old city and along the waterfront. Although we didn't eat in or nearby the hotel there were a lot of restaurant options easily available. The breakfast was really great and I loved that it was an all day option which meant there was no pressure to be there a certain time. The food was delicious with lots of options. The main thing I loved about the hotel was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. If I was in the area I would definetely stay here again.

Very modern / new / clean. We were kindly upgraded to Suites where there was everything inside the spacious room. The bathroom had TWO showers in one ! All toiletries needed ! Coffee / water / chocolate treats ! Gym / Spa / Sauna & Jacuzzi ! The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The BEST thing about the hotel is the Breakfast! The breakfast is a la carte with so many choices and you can have breakfast ANY time of the day —- so you can sleep in as long as you like and whenever you want - breakfast is served. Definitely coming back!

Loved everything

The breakfast was delicious and very rich. The location was excellent and the staff helped us with everything. They even offered us a voucher for a free massage because we arrived too early and our room was not ready. The staff was also very kind to store our luggage after our check out. We also used the spa facilities which we enjoyed a lot.

The hotel is new and it seems that some of the work was not done properly. For example the installation of the room's front door could have been better because noise was coming in. However this was not a deal breaker.
