what a treat- what an amazing concept and execution- the staff is the only thing that tops the location- unbelievable people that does everything from the heart. the food was amazing, everything from their farm or locally sourced- fresh every day and you can taste it, and feel it after a week of being treated! thank you for creating this amazing place for all to enjoy!!!

Excellent location! the stone houses are located among the olive trees in a beautiful garden. Interiors were decorated with excellent taste and we immediately felt at home. Our initially booked room was upgraded and we enjoyed staying in a beautiful two-floor villa. The welcome drink was also just what we needed in a hot day!

Wifi at the location is poor so in case I didn't have unlimited data that would have been a big problem for everyone in the family.

we loved everything about Leeda's Village. The location, the food was amazing, the accommodation was so beautiful, the staff were so helpful, everything was perfect. We had a little washing machine on the property so we were able to clean up a bit from our travel. there was a handy little convenience store close by.

We enjoyed our stay at Leeda's Village very much. We loved the quiet and chilling atmosphere and the use of local products....it was like a modern farm surrounded by olive trees. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and helped us with everything we needed.

We were in Leedas Village for a week and it was an amazing experience. Location is close to the airport, its quiet, feels like a complete run away from more touristic parts of the island. You can really rest here. Thank you Effy!

I cannot complain about anything, it was amazing.

Before our arrival we had some contact about a possible change of apartment. They were super patient and helpful, which we appreciated very much. Thalia is an amazing host, who made us feel home from the very first moment. Also the owner and the people from the restaurant and the farm are very warm and welcoming. It felt like family! The accommodation was beautiful, had a beautiful view and the beds were extremely comfortable (and big enough for tall people like us!). The kitchen was also very well equipped. During our stay we had some problems with the aircon, but again they were super helpful and pro active in fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and family!

Just some small things: We missed some space like drawers to store our clothes neatly. And we would have loved to have a full length mirror (our mirrors now were very small and too low for us).

Quite over-priced (including bar/snack prices) It lacked any atmosphere during dinner but this is probably more due to being low season/not many customers.

Hotel located on a farm with vineyards, very beautiful villas, renovated and well equipped and with wonderful views. Very attentive and friendly staff, always attentive to your needs. Very good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone to visit Zakynthos.

Leeda’s Village is such a wonderful place to stay, nestled amongst some beautiful old olive trees and stunning little stone cottage rooms (with all the mod cons including usb charging points at the beds). They’re also beautifully designed & maintained. Far enough away from the chaos of Laganas but situated in a great part of the island to really enjoy its beauty. The food from the restaurant (it’s not michelan star by any standard) but it’s incredibly good wholesome home made food, the moussaka, meatballs and BBQ night were outstanding - knowing all the produce comes straight and fresh from the farm nearby owned by the same people is also superb. Thalia is a wonderful hostess and though regularly run off her feet goes out of her way to help where she can. Adonis the waiter and Bartender is one of the nicest men I’ve ever met, and makes an outstanding Negroni by the pool. Even though it’s a bit isolated if you really want to discover the amazing beaches and coves Zakynthos has to offer you need a car or transport anyway so it isn’t actually an issue.

Amazing garden between the Olive trees and flowers. Wonderful views of the green surroundings and sea in the background. Pool with a view and outside shower under an old olive tree. Comfy beds. Spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Kind staff. A great place to relax.
