I like that it was a clean establishment. I like the location and the fact there were stores, shops, and restaurants within the hotel. So, whether you're out on the town or staying in, you're covered either way. The staff was great, from the folks in the lobby to the cleaning crew, they were just so accommodating.

The line to check in was long and seemed a bit out of order for patrons approaching. If 3 o'clock is check-in, why not have a full staff present? No fault to the hotel, but the swimming pool was inaccessible due to a recent typhoon. The kids were really looking forward to swimming. Prices are quite high for vendor purchases. This might just be an American thing and not the vendor or the hotel. No iron, no ironing board.

Great location with just a 4 minute walk to Tumon beach. Shopping centre inside. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable bed. Sockets and usb ports by the side of the beds. Good air con.

Pool temporarily out of use. Complimentary bottle of water only provided on the first day. Kettle plug didn’t fit into the plugs in the room so had to use my adaptor.

the room has balcony which allows you to see the beautiful scenery outside. the cleanliness of the room is acceptable as well. apart from that, the location of the hotel is very accessible to all such as mall, & restaurant. Staffs are very professional and friendly. If you will visit Guam in the future I highly recommend this hotel.

it's not hotel related actually, the taxi's fare are expensive. there is no public transportation to tour you around.

I love the rooms and the pool. It felt like a secret get away for my family & I. The staff were amazing and helpful and not just because it was their job. The entire staff, had great hospitality and a lot of respect. Service was so fast, even for room service. The housekeeper on the 8th floor, she was always so great. Sadly I didn’t get to catch her name but she was so patient and kind to my family. The surrounding stores were so convenient to us. For a 3.5 star hotel. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back again. Thank you Guam plaza staff for all your services. See you guys in September.

Only 1 down fall of the property. They didn’t have an extra bed underneath the beds in the room so we had to pay $50 for every night we used it.

Standard hotel room. Good location, but not on the beach (not too far though, but I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my stuff on the beach unattended to go swimming). The restaurant was not cheap, but quite delicious. Some facilities were not working since covid including water slide and resort park and pool bar and spa. So don't trust all the photos.

The travel agent only spoke Japanese so I couldn't get help with car rental or activities. It feels corporate, not too personal. But good value. Good store with provisions like foods and souvenirs.

The hotel was nice it has a gym and department store attached to it. We loved the accessibility of the hotel to local stores, cafes and restaurant and its in the main avenue where all the branded stores are at. The price is very reasonable too. The staff we're very helpful and accommodating since our flight came in very early they allowed us to check in before the check in time. We will surely come back in this hotel again.

The aircon in our room was not that cold but it was ok

Location is very good, 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants and shopping malls. Room is adequately spacious and elegantly decorated. The shower handle can be held in your hand and moved freely, it's not a fixed shower head with water only coming from above your head.

The lighting is a bit dim but still acceptable. The bottled water seems to taste weird, but it might just be me since I tried both bottles and they taste the same.

Cant beat the location. Walking distance to Tumon Beach, Galleria, The Plaza Mall and dozens of other shops and restaurants. Decent hotel for the price. Props to their staff member Eder he was very helpful.

I asked 3 times over the span of 8 hours if I can check in early. They did not make the effort of reaching out to me via text/phone call/viber/whatsapp if there is a room ready. When I went back at 2 pm I finally got to check in. Although I was not given a hard time when I requested for a late checkout.

The location is perfect with dining available in the hotel or in very short walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is ample and close.

I didn't like that the complimentary bottled water was discontinued. It was a negative for me.

Location is perfect. Just walking distance to DFS and Tumon Beach. There were lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Room is clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I will book again for my next visit.
