Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The property is gorgeous and just walking around the fragrant gardens was a joy in itself. We stayed in a very large room, with a nice shower (good temperature and pressure) and a wonderful bed. Breakfast is amazing as well, with a lot of choices. We didn’t have dinner at the property but we did have drinks on the roof, which is recommended! The jacuzzi looked inviting and the whole property, including the room, was very quiet. The main highlight was the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back if we ever return to Antigua.

There isn't really anything to improve! I may have missed a message but it was a surprise that we didn't get a physical key but had to use an app instead, it would have been nice to have been able to download and sign up prior to our visit to make the check-in process easier. But really, our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Nice hotel for vacations with family. Near center of town but in the quietest area. Welcoming cocktails and coffee available for guest was nice. Key to access rooms and parking with the app work with out problems. Staff respectful and attentive. Front desk offer and extra bed since the reservation was for three.

Beds could improve. Small jacuzzi for all guest but manageable in low season. The third bed was smaller. Towels and robs for three but miss 2 pair of slippers Rooftop small but comfy difficult to access for seniors the rest of the hotel is accesible for wheelchair ramps.

The property is absolutely delightful, each section of rooms have its own courtyard, with patio chairs / table to lounge and relax. A very quiet and serene property, well kept, clean, the best part is soaking in jacuzzi after a long day of walks & hikes. Free Coffee is great. Hotel staff are very polite and nice, always with a smile greeting us, and asking if we need anything.

Almost nothing, we wish jacuzzi is open till 10pm instead of 9 pm.

The environment y quietness that are what we expected and was longing for.

The cleanliness was not completely satisfactory, not just in the property itself, but specifically in the the bathroom, towels and the quality and presentation of the soap. Additionally, the lightning in the bathroom is poor for the purpose of the feminine facial an final hair touch as well as for the make up. I kindly suggest to update the light system, changing it for LED lights, that are finally cheaper along the time.

Good size rooms and comfortable beds and pillows.A little noisy in the rooms towards the front of the hotel but much quieter in the back. We switched after the first night.

Could have told us at check-in that the coffee in the room was part of the snack charges. Didn't know there was coffee provided every day down one of the hallways.

Super comfy bed! Excellent, courteous, helpful staff. Very convenient to shops and food. Very nice lobby and bar area. Very good security.

I would have liked a comfortable chair in my room for reading.instead of the wooden chair that was there.

Everything was incredible. The staff is so friendly, attentive, kind, and always greet you. I've never stayed at such an amazing hotel before and will book again!

If I were to say anything negative, it would probably be that there's no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam. Also, I don't know about everyone, but I do like to hear a little bit of noise from the AC to help fall asleep. However, if you like it quiet, then you'll be very happy.

literally EVERYTHING. stayed here for work, and decided to come back because I loved it so much. the location is close to plaza without the noise, and is stunning. every single person at Camino Real Antigua is kind, helpful, and considerate. breakfast is beyond and the indoor/outdoor courtyard throughout the hotel make this place truly seem like an oasis. this is my oasis in Antigua and honestly cannot wait to come back.

Unfortunately the floor of the shower was too slippery. My kid fell and we needed to use a towel every time we showered. On the other hand, only on 1 day of our stay we heard the luggage wagon rushing through the corridors of the hotel and it was 5 am. It worked us all up and for the peice of the room y definitely something that shouldn't happen.

Very comfortable also, we forgot a bag with personal belongings and the security manager email me about it informing us that we forgot a bag and can be pick up at anytime, we where very impressed

We tough it was a pool onsite but instead was a jacuzzi and my girls love swimming
