If you are searching for a spacious, clean, beautiful, and affordable place to stay near Antigua, this is the one! Although it is not in the Antigua city center, this place exceeded our expectations. The staff is always responsive, the room was huge and spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the views of the volcano were the best wake up gift.

It's about a 15-minute walk to downtown Antigua, but the road is not bad and there is a huge shopping mall on the way. An Uber ride is less than four euros if you have luggage.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, the courtyard, kitchen and lounge are so beautiful and comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are pretty and comfortable and great to wind down in. This place has been my favourite on my trip so far, I highly recommend. It’s clean, comfortable, very beautiful and has everything you need

Only downside is it’s about 1.5km to the main part so it’s a little bit of a walk but it’s really not too bad

This place is beautiful and you can be very self sufficient while staying here. I think we had the best room, which was beautiful and very spacious, plus the bathroom was huge and had everything we needed. There is a kitchen with all the things you need if you want to cook for yourself.

The location is not the best. If you go in to antigua center and want to come back after dark, the best option is by taxi or uber which will cost around $5. Walking back at night doesn't feel safe enough. You are better off showering the night before or very early in the morning, because once every one else is showering in the hotel, it's very hard to get hot water

THE ROOMS OMG! If you’re looking for any kind of romantic getaway the rooms here are amazing! Huge bed and enormous bathroom. The kitchen is clean and super well equipped! So much value for money!

The location is a bit out of town - you can walk but the road is really busy. Luckily there’s a chicken bus going all the time for 2 QT per person. There isn’t any staff except the maid who is nice but doesn’t speak English. So if your looking for recommendations or activities, this is not the place.

well maintained, beautiful building, quiet location (a little tricky to find--drive in between the cement bollards to go down the street), free private garage parking (with entrance code), free potable water, nicely equipped common area

never got breakfast (or instructions), location far from city center, staff did not communicate that they would be unable to pick up our laundry, no AC (standing fans cooled off room using outside air), weak shower pressure (but hot water), loose head boards on beds

the bed is comfortable and the place is super clean. Also, staff is readily available. The location, although not in the center of Antigua, is just a short walk away, plus, you will be in a part of town where you can relax. No noise from traffic, etc. Overall we recommend and would book again when in Antigua!!

The big spaces, the garden, private parking.

The shower in the master bedroom located on the 2nd floor didn't work, no running water at all. The king-size mattress on the first floor is old and not comfortable. It has some bumps and holes.

Massive room and bathroom, amazing view of the mountain. Really big kitchen and dining room (although we didn't get time to use), very clean. Good communication from host over message with detailed instructions on how to get in.

WiFis didn't have great signal and kept losing connection. Ceiling light is very dim

The property is great. you get a lot for your money because the apartments are huge plenty of bathrooms beautiful kitchen, beautiful courtyard. The common areas are very nice comfortable easy check in no issues. Very satisfied will definitely be back again!!!!!!

Everything was great

Beautiful hotel and room. You can't tell by the unmarked building face, but once inside you will be impressed. I only booked one night and I'm regretting I didn't book all my time in Antigua here.

It's not an ideal location. It's a far walk to the center of Antigua. Traffic in the area is heavy and the sidewalks are a challenge. I see some new sidewalks being laid - perhaps this will improve in the future.
