Overall it was a really great stay. The beds are a bit on the firm side, but there was some soft and one firmer pillow to choose from. There were extra blankets in the room which was great because it does cool down quite a bit at night. No AC, but it wasn’t needed during my stay. There is also a big snd powerful fan in the room which was great. Hot shower was a huge plus, especially on the cool evenings. The cleaning lady is so sweet and does a great job. The front staff are also really welcoming and helpful (even with a language barrier- they go above to help you feel comfortable).

I had a non registered guest who was drunk trying to lure me and he was drunk. However, I immediately reached out Alejandro on Booking messenger and he took immediate action to have him removed and apologized a lot for this. I couldn’t have asked anything more and his immediate action to my concern made me feel very safe there. I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. They were so helpful and kind.

Great location, right in the heart of Antigua and very close to the Santa Catalina arch. The rooftop area is really the highlight - we sat and ate breakfast there every morning, while watching Fuego erupt in the distance. I wish my Spanish was a bit better to be able to talk with the staff more, but they were all very friendly and welcoming. I was sick for a day just after arriving and they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible and offered me chamomile tea.

Our room was nice but a little dark. It was just off the downstairs courtyard where people would come to eat, which felt a little awkward when I was sick as the bathroom window opened right onto the courtyard.

The location was superb - just out of the way, but only a few minutes walk to the busy areas. Given the constraints of the building and indeed the city itself, the hotel has made a superb job of the rooms and the layout. This is Central America so there are no soft furnishings (carpets, curtains etc) so sound will travel, but overall this was excellent value for money, clean and comfortable. I found each and every one of the staff absolutely superb (if you are not a prima donna, staff will always respond well to you) Nothing was too much trouble. Yes the bathroom was small, but it was functional and had everything I needed as a solo traveller.

I thought everything was good - I suppose the bathroom in my room was a bit small (if I am to pick out something) and you will have to carry your cases up the stairs - but the staff did offer to help.

Ideal location the property has an ideal colonial feel about it. That was such an old building you will expect a little bit of noise. The bed was comfortable The room was a good size. A shower was adequate the location was ideal. The price was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and the rooftop bar was excellent.

Superb setting in the heart of Antigua. Room was nice enough and there was a nice common area which we were able to use. The terrace was beautiful and would be even better with a bit more shade up top.

The room got very hot - possibly having a fan available would help. The terrace would be used more if it had more shade. Breakfast - fruit, a biscuit and sub-par coffee - was average.

Friendliest staff ever. They invited me to help make their street mural. This is not a fancy hotel but everything was clean and pleasant and the staff were delightful.

My room was the last one available so near the front and the noise of the bar, the street, and neighboring dogs. But they told me and even offered to have the bar turn down the music. I decided to ignore it til 10:30 when everything quieted down anyway. I expect the other rooms which were more removed were quieter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Charming interior with many plants. Staff listened to my concerns about hotel bar playing music so close to the one the one room downstairs and turned it down/off and eventually moved me to a more comfortable room upstairs. Fantastic terrace top floor.

Breakfast coffee surprisingly mediocre. In Guatemala?

The roof. Go up two flights of stairs! Great view. And the library near by if you need to work. But the really really really great thing about the place is the people who work there. They are the nicest hosts imaginable. Very kind, good humored, funny even… they feel like your family after one day!

The internet isn’t great. Not good for working sadly, but just pop down to the library a block away. It is a fantastic place to work.

Couldn’t imagine a better place. In the end we chose T KON T as our hub from where we started all further tours (Atitlan, volcanoes etc). Comfortable beds, clean rooms, staff extraordinarily helpful and friendly and the roof terrace was a gem - breakfast with volcano view!

Room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space for storage, room was immaculately clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Mixed fruits, coffee, bread butter and local jam. Delicious and most enjoyable on the roof terrace. The roof terrace was a great place to relax and watch the volcano. The staff couldn't be more helpful, I just wish I knew more spanish to be able to interact more but english was also fine
