Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed. Very relaxing saunas and a good Gym! Breakfast offered a delicious variety, and the hotel’s location made exploring the area easy. Highly recommended!

The shower drain was slow when I arrived, but it was fixed within an hour after I notified the staff. Perfect service!

Lovely hotel, great location and great staff. He room was cleaned every day and we had the choice to ask for extra towels etc. our room was very spacious and modern. The same guy was on reception all week and would always chat when we walked by.

The only thing for us was we could not get the thermostat set to a temperature, it just kept getting hotter and hotter. We did go to reception about this and they also could not control it so we were advised to open a window. We found we were okay with it off in the end with the window on vent but we could not control this for the duration of our stay & sometimes very early in the morning it was loud at the front of the hotel which was worse with the open window. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Travelling by car from the airport to hotel Eurostars Ambassador was easy with Google Maps! ;) Note that at traffic hours, it might take longer (45-60 min) to get there. The hotel is based in a one-direction street in front off the Spanish Embassy close to the Oktogon crossing at Andrassy Ut. The neighbourhood felt like being in Barcelona whereas Andrassy Ut is a small version of Diagonal. At arrival, I indicated that I had a parking garage reservation. Before parking I could leave the car at the entrance to first check-in. Note that cars are parked in the underground garage and often on floors -2 and -3. These floors can only be reached by stairs. Taking out luggage before parking is therefore practical. The reception was good: Friendly and easy check-in. All employees speak English, some even Spanish. After checking in, the fun part started. The underground garage is reached with a car escalator. You will be facilitated by a garage man. The escalator is not big. For bigger cars, this might be challenging. Check upfront if your LPG car is allowed to be parked. The hotel looks new, clean and well decorated. The room was good with bed, bathroom, tv (incl. YouTube/Netflix) and fridge including drinks & snacks. Airco is available but not used by me. Instead, I could open the window. It is a quite neighbourhood, so no shouting or loud music from outside. On floor -1 you can find a small gym and on floor 0 there is a restaurant for breakfast and diner. I cannot share any experience because I preferred to eat outside with all the lovely places that Budapest offers. The hotel is centrally positioned with many spots to visit within a range of 1500 meters: NW: Margerita Island in the Donau, W: the Opera, Parlement Building at Donau and City Center SW: Jewish District with the Synagogue and the numerous restaurants, bars and clubs.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city and close to a metro stop (Oktogon). You can also walk to many sites. It is modern and across the Spanish embassy. Very quiet, the staff distinguished discreet with a hello, good morning, have a day whenever they see you and offer their help. The breakfast buffet is copious and very good - there is a lot of selection. The restaurant of the hotel may not be working but there is a large choice of restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and spacious, well heated, with a large shower. I would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t find many English or any French channels on the tv, but I wasn’t there to watch tv anyway…

The experience was amazing, starting from the first moment - we used the parking and the system they have is something I didn't see before, MUST TRY! Amazing cocktails in the lobby, great staff and overall a good experience. Mainly Spanish speaking hotel with staff that speak Spanish due to their proximity to the embassy. The hotel also provides an excellent western european mentality, simplicity, decoration..etc. Having the possibility to listen to your own music all over the room, bathroom, while showering thanks to the installed speakers is the best feeling. Amazing location, one of the bests. Highly recommended!

I booked 2 rooms and in one of them the air conditioning was tricky and it didn't work properly (ar at least we couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature) but we also could have asked at the reception so I wouldn't point out as something that is only the hotel's faul

The breakfast was scrumptious and it was a very good spread. The staff was very helpful and managed the breakfast very well. The rooms were very good and included all the necessities of a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing as it was near the Oktogon which had all the important eateries and shopping center. The front desk was quick in checking in and very helpful. As an Indian frequent traveler, I recommend the hotel.

Nothing comes to mind. Probably the hotel can try to bundle some sort of offers like ad additional inclusion of using the Thermal bath as it will appeal to the visiting tourist.

I loved everything about my stay from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was welcoming and simply wonderful throughout my stay! They are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The facilities are immaculate because the housekeepers really do a fantastic job here. The hotel is new, beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. I rested very well here and the breakfast was delicious! Lastly, I really enjoyed relaxing in the lobby with a cappuccino after long walks and a busy schedule. The young gentleman who waited on me was wonderful too! And it was nice and simple to get around very easily from here because you are just a few minutes walk from the Oktagon, where there is the tram and metro. I could not have selected a better hotel for my stay! I am grateful to every employee for making my stay fantastic and memorable! This will be my first choice when I return in the fall!!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The suite was exactly what we needed - spacious, impeccably clean, with the most comfortable, huge beds. The gym was well-equipped, perfect for keeping up our fitness routine. The convenience of the parking garage was a significant plus. Breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options that pleased everyone in the family. The location couldn't have been better, giving us easy access to all the sights and attractions we wanted to explore. But what truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We'll definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect.

This is a lovely hotel. I enjoyed my short stay here. I loved my room decor. It was just nice to come back here after a long day's sightseeing, and just relax for the evening. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I liked the lighting. At the touch of a button you can change the lighting to suit your mood. The room was well lit with no bright dazzling lights. The bathroom/shower was of good design and well laid out with the usual refinements. Breakfast was very nice and varied. The hotel staff here are very nice and helpful too. I had a little session in the gym which was reasonably kittted out. The hotel is situated just off the Andrassy Avenue but roughly in the middle. Budapest is not a walkable city. It's huge, so you will need public transport from this hotel if walking is not your thing. The House of Terrors museum attraction is just across the road. The hotel is a little on the expensive side but it will complement your holiday in Budapest.

No YouTube or Netflix on TV.

Checkout Experience: A word of caution during checkout: keep an eye on your bill. We were initially overcharged for breakfasts, and it took some persistence to get this corrected. It appeared to be more than a simple oversight, so I advise future guests to double-check their charges for peace of mind.
