i liked the room, my kids had their own room while we had our own. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with everything we needed. it is a good value for the money hotel if you need only a place to sleep and travel. it is close to all public transportation and it's was very easy to travel by foot and public transportation to everywhere in the city.

the brake fest was very poor, there was only some pastrami and sausages, omelets, tomato cucumbers and bell peppers, bread and some jams. there was no change in the meals and my kids was hard to find something to eat. especially because they are eating cosher and the meat was not, the room floor was already dirty when we arrived and the jacuzzi had a lot of dirt from it's jets. the access to the hotel with a stroller was difficult because the automatic door was always closing at me, and there was 6 stairs in the entrance which forced me to pickup the stroller every time i wanted to come in to the hotel

The hotel apartment was huge (compared to what we are used to and too big really for our use) with lots of kitchen facilities, e.g. large fridge, hob, oven, and microwave, washing machine, some of which we didn't need (such as the dishwasher), plenty of storage space and good quality TVs in both the living room bit and the bedroom. The hotel was a 20+ minute walk from the proper centre of Budapest but close enough to the City Park, great restaurants, the opera house, some museums, buildings of note, etc. and transport links for it not to matter.

With all the facilities available in the room it was surprising there were no proper mugs for tea, just tiny cups for coffee (and any we borrowed from breakfast were taken away), we only had one wine glass at first, no oven gloves despite the oven, and no washing powder. The breakfast was average, part continental, part English, with varying amounts of fruit - reasonable choice and regularly topped up but not outstanding. The fitness centre in the basement is large but smelt a little musty, only has four aerobic pieces of equipment, lots of weights and a class-type room with mirrors.

We stayed for 7 days at Mamaison Izabella Residence and We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Lovely, clean, huge high-end apartment with everything you need for the whole family. Big spacious rooms with very nice interior makes you really feel like home. It was very quiet and We had a good nights sleep every night. The aircondition was so good and comfortable and you can set it as you like or turn it off as you like, but good quality and everything works. The washing machine was perfect for a family of 4. The location is also perfect, everything is situation at a walking distance and you have all the public transportation close by to get to anywhere in Budapest. If you need to go the grocery store to buy anything , there are several close by at a short walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and they pay attention to anything you need or ask for. Cleaning was also perfect and they cleaned our room every day. We really want to recommend this beautiful Apartment to anyone. You will not regret staying here! :)

We loved everything!

We loved our stay in this place. The location is excellent, the metro station which can take you anywhere is just a 5 minutes walk from the residence! The rooms are just excellent! with a very nice decoration, very stylish, comfortable stay either for a couple or a family with kids. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the all place is always spotless! It will definitely be a place we would like to come back!

Not really something we didn't like as it was enough for us but the breakfast needs a bit more attention in quantifies and variety.

Good breakfast. Coffeemaker for cappuccinos/lattes available free of charge and reception 24/7. Nice inner courtyard/garden area. Units are spacious and very convenient to public transport. The kitchenette included a fridge with small freezer and an oven with microwave to re-heat leftovers etc plus a washer/dryer for occasional laundry. All units are not exactly alike but I appreciated the fact that in unit 30 there was a bathtub separate to the rain shower, a separate desk in the living room to do a bit of remote work and storage was very ample and well located.

The instruction manuals for appliances did not exactly match the brand/version of the appliances in the unit. This was a bit tricky as the displays were not in English. Similarly the TV only showed 1 or 2 news channels in English.

This hotel was a real surprise! The spacious and a fully equipped apartment, the overall facilities, a super friendly and helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the A/C and the staff did everything to help and remove the inconvenience. They also went an extra mile by offered a generous compensation. There is also a nice supermarket near by.

The location, while being rather central, with various public transportation near by, is not the most touristic center. But the bright side is the quietness and the lack of crowd.

We liked communication with hotel before our arriving, they anawered on every question and arranged airport pick up and everything worked perfect. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk girls helped us in every way. Hotel is close to subway station. Breakfast was basic but satisfying. Coffee machine was very useful. Music in the room is refreshing.

Towels, towels, towels. They are old and moldy. No bottled drinking water in hotel exept bottles in mini bar. TV locations in the room was not the best solution for watching them. Location of hotel from center is not so close to walk but subway compesating it, use subway. Air conditioning was not the best, you are controlling it, showing 16° in the room but still warm in the room while sun on room windows.

Our room had a very high ceiling (about 3.5 meters). Together with some good looking interior, it makes it look quite amazing. There was an electric jug for water, coffee machine and a toaster, also a fully functional kitchen in the room. The hotel has a very good coffe machine in the lobby. Coffe and tea is available 24/7 I the lobby

Breakfast is below average. They say the breakfast is available until 10:30. In reality at 09:15 There were no vegetables left. No fruits. No meat/salami No cheese. Almost no bread (only some toaster bread slices were left) They brought some cheese 25 min later. I went to eat outside. I would say the capacity of the hotel is much higher for single waiter.

Really lovely place, with well equipped rooms and very friendly staff. We made an upgrade deal before we arrived. Though the apartment was absolutely stunning it faced the street and was quite noisy because of the traffic. We asked for a different apartment and then got a smaller one at the very back of the hotel, facing into the courtyard. We liked that on even better. We like to prepare food when we're on holiday, the apartment was well equipped for that. The location is great to explore the city.

It would have been even nicer if the pan and pots where newer/ better quality. And the sofa could have been more comfortable. But those are really minor things, I would recommend this hotel to others and also stay there again.

Mamaison Isabella is in a very convenient location, a block away from metro and easy, walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. Our room was truly an apartment and the best we had out of the four different places we stayed on our vacation. It was large with a living room, full kitchen, desk and dining table, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, with washer/dryer, large bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Although we didn’t use it, there is a full gym, sauna, laundry facilities in the basement and in the apartment.

while breakfast was included, it didn’t have enough gluten free or vegan options - breakfast was scrambled eggs, two types of hot meat, coldcuts, cheese and then a couple of small bowls of cucumbers and tomatoes,  a lot of bread and nice pastries, muesli and dried fruit and nuts. so it was sufficient, but just not my favorite. Pretty small complaint for an otherwise fantastic place.
