The hotel has upgraded our suite to a better one for free which we very much appreciated. The breakfast is very nice and the breakfast place is very pleasant to be in. The staff is very helpful. Location is perfect: 1. It's very close to the Deak Ferenc Ter metro station and more importantly close to the lovely Vaci street and the Danube. 2. We used the 100E express bus to the from the airport and back. The bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel and the bus service is very fast - I don't see any reason to use a taxy. 3. There are nice bars and restaurants around and still the room is very quiet at night. Bed is huge and comfy. Hotel room is very clean.

At the beginning the room we got had something wrong. However the staff quickly understood our issue and switched us to an alternative room which had no issues.

Almost everything was perfect — the hotel is very centrally located, it is elegant, very clean and welcoming, the breakfast buffets are varied and tasty, the room was very nice, comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were all exceptional, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Two small things took the score down to slightly less than perfect: first, we had requested a room with twin beds (we are two friends, not a couple) but when we arrived they told us they were sorry but the hotel was very full and we could only have a room with one double bed. Luckily my friend and I have known each other for many years so we managed. And the second thing is the design of the room, with the bathroom door right next to the bed, which meant that any time one of us needed to use the bathroom at night, it woke the other one up. It would have been a better design to have the bathroom door open to the entryway where the wardrobe now is.

It is a very nice hotel located in the real heart of Budapest. Perfect location for travelers and visitors. The staff was very friendly and willing to help at any time with any question. The room was comfortable, the size was descent, shower was good. Daily cleaning of the room was OK. The place has a small room for training which contains some dumbbells and a treadmill. The breakfast was nice, wide variety of choices. Overall good value per money in a prime location.

Cleaning the room might improve a bit with more attention to smaller details but overall it was OK. The fitness center was very hot with no option for cooling.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Aria for the amazing and thoughtful gesture during our stay at the hotel. For my wife birthday, we were surprised to find a beautiful birthday card in our room, along with a bottle of wine and some delicious chocolates. It was such a kind and personal touch that made our experience even more memorable. Aria's attention to detail and kindness truly made us feel special. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and this thoughtful gesture really stood out. Thank you, Aria, for making my wife birthday celebration so wonderful

Location was perfect within the centre of city. There are restaurants, pubs just below this and very close by. Staff was very welcoming, polite and friendly and were extremely helpful. We could leave our luggage after checkout free of charge in their storage. They also had a small fitness room which had the very basic machines like treadmills and cycles and a few dumbbells.

The parking wasn't provided inclusive and it was very costly at 25 Euros per night. There is parking on the street at the front of hotel but it looks like that is paid and the meter accepts only Hungarian coins. You can't book for more than 3 hours at a stretch. That street parking is free on weekends and from 10PM till 8AM on weekdays. There are always some garbage pickers trying to find plastic and glass bottles from the bin, They had blocked the entrance to the hotel parking and it was an issue to get your car in at late night. You have to get down from the car to press the intercom button for the gate to open. Hotel staff was very helpful when I informed them and the receptionist went out to sort out the issue.

Bang on in the city centre, a minute walk from the airport bus drop off. Very friendly staff. Super comfy bed in a nice spacious room. Plenty of choice of food at breakfast. Would happily go back.

Coffee at breakfast wasn’t good (not strong enough and not very good quality). No real orange juice (just squash). Room too hot even with heating off, so slept with the window open, it was very noisy which is obviously not the hotel’s fault but next time I would request a room overlooking the back.

Amazing location, so close to everything. Receptionists were so helpful, friendly and really accommodating.

It was a little cold in the room i’m going to be honest, but that was more so our fault for not just ringing them and letting them know because i’m sure they would’ve sorted something for us. We had a long day and couldn’t be bothered in truth. But the receptionists were lovely and i’m sure they would’ve sorted if we had asked.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. I appreciated the comfortable gym, perfect for a quick workout. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the location right in the city center made it super convenient to explore everything.

It's not bad at all; it's just my personal preference. I would prefer using a public laundry. Firstly, I feel a little shy about having someone else clean my clothes. Besides, I can usually do it more quickly myself—just go, wash, dry, and they're ready. I understand that asking someone else to do it takes more time, which is completely reasonable.

The location, the colour scheme, the staff and price point for the room. Everything was very easy, the hotel staff were unbelievably friendly and made sure they said hello every morning which is a nice change from most hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. We didn’t try the breakfast but the staff were generous enough to drop a nice cake off to us in the room for Christmas which was very thoughtful. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to any friends and family travelling to Budapest. The location is pretty much perfect when it comes to getting anywhere in the city, maximum 25 minute walk to everything we did which is brilliant! Thank you Eurostars Danube! 10/10 😊

The decoration and location of the hotel is one of the highlight, the room is very comfortable. And also asked for an iron and they provided it to us.

The check in and check out process is very soft and easy but I think it could’ve been better (more interaction with the client, they didn’t even ask us how was the trip/how was the stay), when we arrived in the room there are no slippers but when we called the reception, they brought it immediately and also the tissue paper (the box one) is almost empty but they also gave us a new one. The handle of the bathroom door is so difficult to use, it gave us difficulty to open/close the door.
