Appartment in center of city with a nice balcony. always busy around but really good insonority of wall and windows.

Left for any new client 1-2 bottle of water ( 1 with gas and 1 without) if they stay more then 1 day.

Lovely big apartment, were allowed to book in early which enabled us to have an extra day touring. Great location for bars, restaurants and shops. Also for the main tourist attractions in that area all within walking distance. As well as public transport a 5 mins walk away or if you get desperate an Uber which was much cheaper than UK. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection and real coffee they made for you. The staff were exceptional, all really friendly and helpful. You also get a free museum and drink at their sister hotel around the corner, that is worth doing. The swimming facility is great, large pool, saunas, salt room steam room jacuzzi can stay in there all day if you wanted to for 10 euro. They also give you towels. Only warning you pay for a locker and she wanted to take additional security like a passport or my husbands wedding ring that was very strange and unnerving, not experienced that before but we took our stuff in with us.

It is a nosier area with the clubs but we can sleep through that. Building site so unfortunately there is no view and the weird additional security at the gym.

Breakfast varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive, with a sincere desire to help. This applies to everyone, I especially wanted to thank Rozi. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every two days We really liked the location of the hotel, but when booking I would recommend specifying where the room will be located - in the main building or remotely

1. Didn't like that our studio was in another building and although the distance was not very great, we had to come to breakfast fully dressed so as not to waste time returning to the studio after breakfast. 2. Right opposite our studio there was a construction site and on weekdays we were woken up by noise starting at 6 am - although the website guaranteed silence. 3. The shower holder was missing and when bathing we had to hold the shower with one hand

The hotel is in a very central location very close to the river and the S. Stephan church. The area has a lot of options for nightlife and food. Breakfast was very good and with a good variety and the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. The value for money trade off was good especially given the breakfast which solves a big problem when you are traveling with small children.

The room was ok. Yes renovated but you could see that the building was old and there were some issues with the heating that thankfully did not affect us as the building remained warm despite the malfunction in our room.

We loved everything about our stay here. We are a family of 4 with children ages 14 and 10. We loved the area with everything you need in easy reach. We felt safe at all times and are glad we opted for an apartment hotel over a chain hotel as this was far more charming. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. They are well travelled and dare I say, a little spoiled when it comes to hotels and buffet breakfasts and I’m glad to say they were incredibly happy, as were we. The breakfast serves fantastic coffee, a good selection of everything you’d want, including waffles, pastries and sparkling wine.

Only downside was the sofa bed for the kids which was super firm.

The location was just great, right smack in the city. the court offered some hawkers selling some stuff which was a good exp. The breakfast was just amazing, the spread and offering was amazing compared to the general European standard. The reception was very helpful and nice, its close gaming arcade, few mins from the fashion street and some nice tourist spots. We had booked a deluxe one bed room but got multiple bedroom apartment which was just amazing. We enjoyed every bit of it and will certainly recommend this place.

Being in city come with its downside. I think there was a club/pub close by, so at night the music was on for quite some time, I believe till 2 or 3 in the morning. So if you are looking for a quite place then may be not the best option. If they could sound proof the window doors then i guess that could be great.

The staff were really lovely...Rozi and the team were always available and willing to answer any questions, help us with booking tickets, and suggestions about the local area. Check in and check out we're all dealt with smoothly and quickly. We had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Both rooms had a double bed as well as a double bed made up in the living area which meant that our teenagers had their own space. The location is great as it is close to most attractions, the entrance opens out to a lovely courtyard with an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from...and also a weekend market for browsing. Getting around the city was so easy. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay and would love to return again some day.

Not much we didn't like to be honest! A small thing was maybe the one bed was a bit soft but that was not too bad.

The location and size of the apartment was very good, it was very well furnished with all basic items available in the kitchen and washroom. Further, all the ACs were working for heating. Everything that was needed was there. The staff was very helpful, they did their best to facilitate the stay, they were very fluent in English and were very helpful. I loved the fact that they had the storage lockers for the luggage.

The breakfast was too crowded, away from the living place, may be that was only my observation, as i do not like to wait in line with my children when i am on vacation. The internet connectivity was Okish which worked pretty well in the living room but not so well in one of the bedrooms. However, it was not annoying.

Excellent location, 15-20 mins walk to most of the key tourist attractions (the hotel is also approximately 5 mins walk from the 100E airport bus stop). The hotel is also located in the Jewish quarter where there are lots of bars and nice places to eat close by. Denise on the reception was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Minor points: the bed mattress in our studio flat was starting to slope to the side and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold which was surprising as the pans were relatively full each morning. Despite that, there was a good selection of pastries etc.

This is my 7th time staying here, and there's a great reason for that! As always, the welcome at reception was absolutely fantastic. Taha, the friendly Turkish gentleman, is always there to help with anything you need, and the two lovely Persian ladies greet you with warm smiles and outstanding service every time. A huge shout-out to these three amazing employees! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and thanks to the double glazing, there’s no noise at night. The large balcony has always been a great added value for taking a moment to unwind. The reception is open 24/7, and the breakfast is both delicious and affordable. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. It was absolutely delightful to walk into a refreshingly cool room after being out in the 32-degree city heat of Budapest. I can't recommend this place enough!

The mattress was a bit disappointing this time; I could sometimes feel the springs poking into my back. Other than that, I can't find any issues, nor do I want to look for any!
