We loved the room we were in. We chose a double deluxe with a king sized bed, and had plenty of space for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing. The bonus chocolates on the pillows was a nice touch.

We were unable to make our first night due to airline carrier travel delays, and when we asked if there was anything they could do to help us, they said no because it's not their fault we can't make the first night of our reservation. We weren't asking for a refund, just some sort of perk that we could use during our stay since we paid for a night but wouldn't be able to use it due to the unforseen circumstance.

The location was great, very central and most of the sights were within walkable distance, close to many types of public transportations, shops and food places. The room I stayed at was lovely, very comfortable bed, kettle provided and a complimentary bottle of water on the first day. Modern and clean room and hotel. I didn't check out their gym or have breakfast there, so can not comment on those.

How all the rooms doors slammed loudly, so you could hear doors closing whenever guests entered their rooms nearby. I also had a few noisy guys staying in the room next to me, but it was the weekend and they seemed to be on a "lads' weekend out." However, the room was mostly quiet and had a nice view of a landscaped garden from the window. It would have been nice to be able to open the room windows a bit (I know for safety reasons they are locked to only open a tiny bit), but the air con. was useful and provided.

Excellent location. The staff were pleasant and professional. We were able to check in early, and leave our luggage for storage on the day of our departure. The hotel, facilities, and room were very nice; certainly more than adequate for a modern four star hotel. I very much enjoyed the decor and size of the room, which also had a set of very comfortable beds, soft and clean bedding, and nice towels. The shower was awesome. All considered, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this to anyone.

We were given two single beds, which us being a couple wasn't exactly ideal. The beds were not secured together and the light bed frames moved very easily, with predictable consequences. The TV screen casting feature didn't work, the WiFi system used to connect to the casting feature didn't seem to have any internet access. Our room didn't have an iron or an ironing board.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing! Location is just perfect, we even did not use any public transport except electronic scooters just for fun. We had deluxe room with balcony and it was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our favourite thing was 3 pillows for each of us, just like in home :) and of course THE BREAKFAST - excellent! For sure we will return!

Perhaps sound isolation could be a bit better. One day we asked for early breakfast to take away, but somehow they forgot to prepare it, but anyhow its nothing, compare to all good things that hotel offered.

This was a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone, the beds were very comfortable . The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff were friendly and professional . This property was right in the middle of St Stephens Basilica and the Jewish synagogue, less than 10 minutes walk to each . Also about 15-20 leisurely stroll to waterfront. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Budapest .

The only comment I would make would be that the sink was not in the bathroom but in the bedroom just outside. it was fine for us but may put some people off.

The hotel reception was beautiful. We were greeted warmly and able to check in early. The staff were always welcoming and polite. The air conditioning was amazing and the location was spot on.

The sensor light timer in our room was faulty. We weren't aware of this. At one point my husband left to go to the bar fro drinks, I was in the shower and in less than 2 minutes I was plunged into darkness. It was scary and dangerous. We alerted staff who apologised and said timer should be 20 minutes and they will get maintenance to check it out.

Sadly no vegan options on the restaurant or room service menu. lots of vegan restaurants nearby though so not really a problem. it is 2023 though so they should add some vegan options. I also suggest they label the cakes and pastry’s at breakfast so people can be aware if any are plant based. lack of draw space, only 1 wardrobe and 1 draw. fine for a short stay though. I found the air con too cold, couldn’t seem to adjust it.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars and within walking distance of some tourist attractions - very easy to get trams and buses to others. Very comfortable beds, spacious room with everything we needed. Good breakfast selection. It is a stylish hotel with lovely interiors. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Nothing. Would have loved to use the roof top bar but it is closed at this time of year. Maybe it could be open with heaters and blankets for guests but this did not spoil our enjoyment at all.

As usual, the same pleasant hotel, excellent location, generous breakfast.

Request for accommodation for a guarantee in the amount of 100 euros, although the bar is non-existent. The second aspect is the request for a photocopy of the bank card (front side). Clarification: the payment of the price of the accommodation was made in advance of the accommodation. I consider these requests to be illegal. Please provide an answer to this feedback, so that your future customers are also informed.

I am very picky with rooms/hotels and i want to say that this hotel was amazing! Starting with the central location where you walk 3 minutes to the big shopping walking area, restaurants and supermarkets, the staff that always smiles, all the way to the good quality of the walls and windows. I didn't hear any distrupting sound, was so quiet and relaxing to be in the room with the backyard silence and fresh air (Keep in mind I was there for NYE). Also, great beds!

Pillows - Are very uncomfortable! House keeping - takes a while to bring something to the room App - the Barcelo App i found it unnecessary. I asked there for an iron, nobody answered. Expensive - 3 nights i paid almost 800 euros and breakfast was not included. I found it a little bit exaggerated.
