I wanted to stay at an authentic Hungarian place. This lovely large House/Hotel was wonderful and the owner Esta was so friendly, helpful and cheerful. The location was peaceful and away from the Busy centre of town but close to the River Dambue and the city was within easy reach. If you like older style rooms and furniture and a bit quirky and family run places you will like it here

It would of been nice to have something for Breakfast. Saying that there were places within walking distance to eat. I would like to mention there were quite a few steep steps leading up to the House, the owner did carry my suitcase up for me, not usually a problem but I strained my knee a few weeks earlier.

The accomodation was perfect! It had everything we needed and the bed was really cozy. The beautiful garden made the accomodation so nice! Also the host was amazing. She was so nice to us! We could leave our bags at the accomodation until our departure and generally she helped us out a lot! Such a friendly woman! We will definitely come back!

Great location so many things to do, wonderful 'library' apartment. Clean and comfortable beds, nice historic interior design. The owner is nice and very helpful. Beautiful garden even in the winter time with snow and a friendly dog.

Not sure, but I think we had a shared bathroom. On your way up the hill, if you go by foot, you'll find it slippery in the winter, be careful.

Comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Room-darkening curtains. Quiet. We slept very well. Spacious room. Clean. In-room sink, eating utensils, and Budapest maps and guidebooks were available (as well as TV, fridge and AC, which we didn't use). Location is great. Close to the 5th district (inner city). Friendly owner. Beautiful house and garden. Thank you!

I like the location the big garden the big room with all i need to prrpare cafe big refrigerator.the place is clean nice quiet and in the heart of budapest.and above all the owner of the place Eszter who helps you and is ready to find solution to any of your problem.don t look gor another place .this is the best

My stay was too short

The room was very nice! Spacious, clean and had beautiful antique furniture. Got a nice balcony as well. The host and her family were friendly and she gave us restaurant tips :) The location is also great! Quiet neighbourhood but walking distance into town!

Very interesting place in a quiet street of Buda. 5 min walk to metro and tram station. Room is pretty big and has everything you might need. Big and comfortable bed. Good communication with the host, quick and easy check-in.

Bathroom is outside of the room in the hallway.

The proprietor at Kalmar Panzio is wonderful. There are two beds for accommodations and it's very clean. The neighborhood was close to the Danube. The proprietor had a guide book in English for guests.

The WiFi is adequate.

Really nice building with antique furniture! The location is absolutely quiet and still well connected. The owner is an absolute gem. She helped me with info about everything in town and made very sure that I wasn't lacking anything. I hope to return soon!!!!

Very friendly owner who gave us some wonderful tips on where to go. The location is super convenient, quiet and close to walk to the city center in minutes. Nice area just above the Gellert spa with a lovely garden surrounding the house.
