This is the second time we've been here and it's in a great location, the room was quite small, but clean. We stayed for 4 nights, but in one of them they forgot to change the towels. The breakfast was ok, pretty variate.

The cleaning service is not so great, they didn't change the used glass and the biggest problem was that the maids were sick and coughing all over the rooms and didn't use a mask so i got sick from them.

The hotel is close to a metro station (7min. walk), which was very convenient for us, located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. You can find a lot of places to eat in a walking distance. The room (superior triple) was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The stuff at the reception is very polite and very helpful.

The breakfast area was very crowded, the stuff was trying to refill the breakfast food stands and clean the tables at the same time, so the sanitary conditions were not ideal. The quantity of the food was adequate (I am not a breakfast person) the quality could have been better.

I choose this hotel because it has a great location, very close to the M3 underground and the 4-6 tramline, both essential to reach great places in the city central. The quality of the breakfast was good, I wish we had a better variety of Hungarian dishes but understandably it was a better fit for international guests.

I think the hotel would need some refurbishment, especially considering the carpets both in the rooms and the communal areas. I also had a bit of a bad experience with the cleaners, who did not ever acknowledge my presence and appeared rather grumpy. To give an example, on our last morning at the hotel, they were having loud personal conversations at our door, including couple swear words which made me feel uncomfortable. Also when we were leaving the room with 3 heavy luggage, they did not bother to move the trolley which was right in front of our door, blocking the corridor. They just simply continued the loud conversation like nothing happened. I would also advise to leave a bit more space between the tables at breakfast, it felt a bit too crowded.

Super quiet room, you cannot hear anything, the room was facing their backyard and it is very calm as it is the back from the other buildings as well, with a nice green grass view with some sunlight. Although the street the hotel is located is not that busy. Room is very clean and in geral we had a goos stay.

Some small issues that clearning and staff could pay attention: There is a leaking of water on the box, the base of the structure is not well fixed and water runs through it. You can see that is there for a long time as you see the calcarium marks on the floor. One leg of the armchair was falling down everytime, just screw then more then once, and it simply felt down.

The bar was lovely and the staff were very helpful in the bar. They had an outdoor seating area out the front as well. Rooms are clean & comfortable, we had a junior suite which has a lovely balcony and was a very spacious room. We only had breakfast one morning so can't give much feedback on the food as we mostly ate out but the morning we did have breakfast there, it was what you expect from a hotel breakfast in terms of variety. The bread was really fresh and they kept it well topped up. It set us up well for a day of travelling. Overall, a great hotel, will consider this brand when traveling in the future.

The water section of the coffee machine in the room was dirty - this deterred me from using it which was a shame as we had a lovely balcony to enjoy.

Service was good, staff was helpful. Our accommodation was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable.

, We could not eat at night in the restaurant as there was a private party and restaurant was closed for us. We got a chance to have dinner at the restaurant on the 4th night of our stay. However, Not many vegetarian options for dinner. When a person has been sightseeing the whole day and wants to come back to the hotel by evening to rest and then have some dinner on the premise, it should be made available. The nearby restaurants either closed early or only had pizzas .

Good location, not too central that it was noisy outside but central enough to easily walk into the city. Helpful and friendly staff who dealt with an issue promptly. Right next to some nice cafes and restaurants. Good number of plug sockets in the room. Nice view outside from the room.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, walls had large scuff marks on them in the room and bathroom so they could do with a touch up of paint. Shower area in the bathroom was a bit dirty, needed a bit of a deep clean. The rooms were not very sound proof.

The hotel’s location was very good, not far much from the city center. The reception staff “Szi” was very professional and friendly and have offered us a compliment for switching our booked room into two rooms next to each other with a door in between “we are 3 people” because accidentally our booked room was sold out. Breakfast was very good and has a lot of varieties, Rooms are very small which is something to consider before booking here, bathrooms are small too and only fit 1 person at a time, Considering all of this, the price matches the value you get…

We got a junior sweet (has a sofa bed) as my partner snores, and it was very comfy for a sofa bed. We asked for a quiet room, and we thankfully got a room that was separate from all the other rooms at the end of the corridor. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, well furnished, with a fantastic view out towards the courtyard. The breakfast had a great variety of foods so we were always fuelled up for ready for the day. While others have complained it's a bit far from the city centre (30 mins walk), we actually liked this aspect as the hotel is so close to the river we could walk along it into the centre.

The only downside was the room was next to the staff elevator, so from 7am it would start getting noisy. The room also didn't have a kettle (but did have a coffee machine), so it was slightly cumbersome to use the coffee machine to get hot water for teas and other hot drinks, but we managed anyway. On one of the days, the house keeper also came in and started cleaning our room while we were still in the room (?) It was slightly strange, as we would have expected them to come back later but we were getting ready to leave so we left it.

Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed and a good heater, in a good location for the metro around Budapest.

This won’t impact everyone but my room was on the 1st floor above the garage door so every 10 minutes there was a loud, squeaky, clanging noise as it opened and closed when, all day and night, it was awful, so just don’t accept room 104 or 101 and you’ll be fine 😅 Also the usb sockets didn’t work and the room was always really dark due to only having lamps and no main light.
