Our stay at TG Hotel Suites was amazing and I would definitely come back! Our lovely suite was beautifully furnished, warm, cozy and exceptionally clean. Staying here was a highlight of our stay in Budapest, with the suite being in a central location with the most beautiful view of the gorgeous St Stephen's Basilica just down the street. I was shocked by how our room looked just like the images (Iron Suite) all for an amazing price, as we travelled during off-peak January. For such a great price, we did not have high expectations but in fact, our expectations were exceeded! We really appreciated that the heating was always on, the TV had Netflix and Youtube, the Wifi connection was very strong, etc. It really felt like a home which is exactly what we needed after early mornings and long days of exploring the city. The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating too. One particular receptionist was very sweet and let us check in 2 hours early, she was very kind and friendly. Thank you TG Hotel Suites for your hospitality and our lovely room, we had a fantastic stay with you and this is our top recommendation for somewhere to stay in Budapest honestly!!

I have nothing negative to say, everything was great! It wasn't a problem for me but you can hear the bathroom fan during the night. Solo travellers should know that the window view is inner courtyard.

A lot of space, very functional, great location!

To open the door for the room you need to dial a six number key. The number is on your phone and in email. If you loose your phone or the battery is empty, you don’t have a opportunity to get somehow the number because the reception works only from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Maybe it will be a good idea, to have a 24 hours emergency phone number on the door outside!

Fantastic apartment in center of the action and yet well insulated so not too much outside noise. Remote controlled blinds and curtains. Great size living room and bedroom. Stylishly decorated. Fantastic location - walking distance to all the new city locations. Washer, dish washer, coffee maker, etc. available.

The staff could use some training. Seemed like they had no real interest in helping. There were 3 coffee pods for 3 people for 2 days! When we asked for more there was a lot of hesitation. Shower was lukewarm - when we mentioned it we were told there are lot of people staying there so the water will be lukewarm so no real interest in fixing issues. No one available after work hours if you need help, which we thought was a bit unusual.

This hotel's location is very good, you go down into a busy street with restaurants and bristros; it's very close to the Cathedral and to a few supermarkets and you can go on foot to places like Vaci Street, the Parliament and other places of interest. It's very easy to enter the hotel, using a password to open the doors. There is a small kitchen in the room, with a big refrigerator and an oven. The room was very clean and staff was helpful when we asked for more toilet paper and a place to keep our luggage after the check out and before our train was due.

The shower box could be a little bit bigger, but nothing to be worried about.

The location was fantastic for exploring Budapest by foot - very close to St Stephen's Basilica. The air conditioning was very effective and lovely to come back to on a hot summer's day in Budapest. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great just having door codes to use for both the building and apartment doors, rather than having to remember to bring keys with you when you left. The hosts were very helpful, letting me leave my luggage in the office until my room was ready to check in to.

The lighting was a little dark in the room, and there is only a bed to sit and relax on, but other than that, it was a perfect little stay.

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The decor was amazing and done with good taste.

The floor under the bed was not cleaned and a lot of dirt accumulated over months.

A hidden gem in an amazing location. Central to most areas, right by St Stephen's Basilica. The room we had (101) was huge and included all the facilities. Staff were so friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early as the room was ready when we arrived. Really good value for money! Would stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting Budapest!

The only issue was the air con didn't seem to be working. We stayed at the beginning of May and managed by using the ceiling fan, but I imagine it might get very hot during the summer months. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Amazing location! Although a little unusual to find, it’s in the heart of the plaza surrounded by restaurants, bars, and the cathedral only 2 blocks away. Perfect walking location. We did have to use a public parking garage a few blocks away for our rental car, but was still convenient. We also had a late arrival and the manager emailed/texted me all of the information on how to enter the building and room as their reception was closed for the night.

The location is really great, easy to reach almost everything by foot. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated apartment. Tea and coffee provided for one night stay. We would probably stay here again but most likely in a bigger apartment with more daylight.

A little bit noisy due to the central location and also there was a party in the apartment next to us. The apartment 201 barely had any daylight as the windows face the inner yard and we had to keep curtains closed for the privacy. The wifi in our apartment was super bad. Also, the checkout at 10am seems a little bit too early considering that you can only check in from 3pm. We also had agreed on 1 hour earlier check in (at 2pm) through booking messenger but once we arrived there, the room was not ready and the receptionist told us that she didn’t see a message and the check in is from 3pm. The whole situation was a little bit weird as we literally messaged with the same receptionist and she said the room can be ready at 2pm free of charge.
