Great location and spacious room ! Beds comfy and reception staff helpful! Breakfast good variety

Staff in breakfast room looked like they didn’t want to be there ! No good morning , no acknowledgement of you being there ,rolled their eyes if you dared to ask them anything

Great location, nice rooms and good WiFi. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but still very good. The staff were very nice and spoke good English. I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours at the hotel, after checking out. Would recommend this place and will look it up next time I'm in Budapest.

The area around the hotel has some sketchy bars in the vicinity, with some of their patrons causing late night noise. The windows did a good job dampening outside sounds, but some could still be heard. This only slightly delayed ours falling asleep, so it wasn't anything serious.

The hotel is a lovely space with a very comfortable family room. Plenty of space and the breakfast offerings really were great. Friendly and helpful staff that gave us excellent recommendations for the evening. Great location next to the 47/49 tram and metro station too.

My only dislike about the hotel is that they advertise a bar but when we got there, there isn't a bar. It wasn't a gamechanger because there are plenty of options nearby but traveling with a young family, it would have been a nice option to stay in the hotel and have a drink. One minor thing isn't enough for me to not recommend this hotel, we loved it, just making people aware.

The hotel is great, with comfortable and nice room. The location is good, very central and close to the main attractions. It is also close to the bus stop to and from the airport. Until 7:00 pm there are free drinks like juice, coffee, tea, and milk.

The staff is not so friendly. One day we came back at night and we realized that the maid did not leave any towels in our room, so I went to the reception to ask for them. The employee said that the hotel did not have any more towels (!!) and we would have to wait... We did not even have a hand towel... I have never seen this happen, especially in a four-star hotel!! He asked me to wait in the room and he would look for some towels but I said that I would wait at the reception. So he found the towels! The breakfast was simple and not so complete for a four-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is on the Pest side. There is a metro and tram stop like 300m away from the hotel from where you can get a ride to anywhere you want. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants nearby. The personal were really helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the debit card payment and the communication with the hotel staff was really good and matter got solved in the end. The manager as well as the staff have been really helpful in clearing out things smoothly.

The breakfast is okay. However, I feel like there should be more vegetarian/vegan options. The room was quite small for three people. The bathroom was also quite small. There were some small flecks on the tub as well as the wash basin. They appeared even after room service was done. So we figured it could be because of some plumbing problem. The bed was not so cozy and a bit on the hard side to be honest.

The hotel has a great location with nice restaurants nearby that were recommended by the stuff. We enjoyed the breakfast every day with some sparkling wine which was a nice touch when you are on vacation. The 24 hour available non-alcoholic drinks were an obvious bonus that you don't come across too often. The room had everything you might need including sleepers and bathrobes.

The room was somewhat dusty and our twin beds seemed narrower than usual. We did not get the room with garden view that we initially booked so it was rather noisy at night however they do provide the earplugs for those who like using them. Some of the food was finished in the middle of the breakfast and never refilled.

The staff members were all lovely, eager to help and to make your stay pleasant, especially Botond (the dark hair, young guy)! He’s absolutely lovely, very polite, friendly, always engaging. The breakfast is great, fresh and tasty, you cannot ask for more options. Location - absolutely perfect! Good Wi-Fi range; good enough gym facilities and ironing room. Great comfy beds, quiet and relaxed atmosphere; we had a really good rest, although the hotel was fully booked! The rooms are not the biggest, but we weren’t expecting anything spacious, the size is mentioned in the room description so you would actually know what to expect! We stayed during the F1 GP week and the hotel offered us complimentary drinks and snacks to get us into the F1 spirit which was a really nice touch!

For a 4 stars hotel I do have slightly higher expectations such as: better housekeeping standards during the daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms and also the possibility of room service, by having a restaurant and a bar open, not just for breakfast. The A/C was a bit problematic at one point, but dealt with it promptly by the members of staff! TV - not the greatest range of channels.

Nice stay, good value for money. Very good location. Clean and confortable bathroom. Breakfast is modest. Receptionist very helpful at the check-in.

The bed sheets not so clean (hairs) Breakfast waiters a bit messy, do not clean the tables very well, and constantly speak with each other. It would be appropriate for them to use a waiter unifform. Could improve the selection of bread and reduce for mini breads to reduce the waste.

Great location so many bars restaurants and shops close by. Only 20 min walk to the river. Lovely staff and great service. Breakfast included with so much choice and coffee, tea, hot chocolate available from the machine for almost the whole day included in your price. In a weekend the breakfast area is busy from 9am-10am so go early to avoid the hustle and bustle if you want a quiet one.

The colour scheme of the room I stayed bit this isn’t a big deal just the only thing I can say.

Excellent location (which I chose to be close to others staying nearby in short term rental). I was delighted with all the conveniences; perfect for travel (restaurants, shops, services, attractions/sights…) on the same street, and all around. Every individual working at the hotel whom I interacted with was very professional and yet friendly, making for an even more pleasant stay.

The shower design was not practical - ended up flooding the bathroom first try showering, so I opted for baths the rest of my stay which isn’t really terrible since I enjoyed relaxing in the bath. This hotel is not really my style but it was perfect for the occasion of meeting with my sister and friend who were in town while sightseeing across Eastern Europe.
