room to warm even in winter. Rather noisy in evenings make use of the provided ear plugs :0)

Location was excellent, it was right in the middle of the shops and bars - excellent location. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was ok, although limited selection of fresh fruit.

The staff on reception did the bare minimum. We booked a triple room and it was clearly a twin room, with another bed added where the table and chairs would normally be - therefore it felt cramped and one person didn't have a bedside table or anywhere to put a glass of water by their bed. The bathroom was very small, probably the smallest hotel bathroom I have seen. At breakfast we couldn't get the drinks machine to work (even with the help of the staff), which meant there was only tea and coffee, no Orange Juice.

The location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, it was all great. People in the reception were super helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the room was spacious and comfortable. The price is kinda high but it is definitely worth it.

I'm deducting 1 star because one morning we were late to the breakfast, breakfast ends at 10.00 a.m. and we made it downstairs at around 9.50 a.m.. It was 10.05 when a staff member came and said, I quote, "It's past breakfast time. It'd be best if you finish up quick and leave.". That was the biggest culture shock I've ever had in my entire life. I also found it rude but each country to their own, I guess.

Staff in breakfast room looked like they didn’t want to be there ! No good morning , no acknowledgement of you being there ,rolled their eyes if you dared to ask them anything

The location was amazing so central and safe biggest draw of the hotel. Breakfast had everything you could possibly need. Really enjoyed the free coffee in the breakfast room after a long day of exploring. Room was spotless and perfect for my mum and daughter and I. The toiletries were great the shower was at a very low level but very minor concern. Robes and slippers had to be asked for which meant we didn’t get them until following morning from housekeeping but that was fine. Only advice is not to buy hop on off bus tickets from hotel they didn’t let me get a child price for my daughter we paid for three adults went outside hotel and two stands 50 m apart where tickets were 5000huf cheaper

Great location, nice rooms and good WiFi. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but still very good. The staff were very nice and spoke good English. I was able to leave my luggage for a few hours at the hotel, after checking out. Would recommend this place and will look it up next time I'm in Budapest.

The area around the hotel has some sketchy bars in the vicinity, with some of their patrons causing late night noise. The windows did a good job dampening outside sounds, but some could still be heard. This only slightly delayed ours falling asleep, so it wasn't anything serious.

Excellent location and easy 3 min walk to AirPort Express bus stop. Breakfast is good spread and the bonus tea/ coffee/ soft drink in afternoon in the lounge was great. The air-condition works well in hot summer.

Pillows are really flat but you could ask for foam or allergenic pillows which I didn't bother. Sound proofing is not great which explained why free ear plugs are supplied. I still managed to sleep at night without ear plugs but you will hear people on the street partying late or cleaners/ suppliers working early in the morning.

The hotel has a privileged location and is located in the heart of Budapest. All important and desired places are located near it and just steps away. Juice and coffee services are provided daily after breakfast until six in the evening.

Coffee and hot drinks machines need periodic cleaning, which may be daily!! Machines filled with beverage residues constitute an attractive source for some types of flies and insects, despite the overwhelming cleanliness of everything served in the hotel.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. Friendly English speaking staff on reception.

The breakfast was basically the same everyday regarding the hot selection. I stayed at the hotel a few days prior to this and everyday was served scrambled eggs. Maybe they could be changed to fried sometimes. Couldn't really find the bar in the hotel as an English tourist we love hotel bars especially after a long journey. The toaster only toasted one side of the toast If i wanted both sides toasting it would have taken an extra 5 minutes and the already toasted side would have probably burnt.

The positioning was perfect. The balcony was also lovely

Being able to have use of air conditioning, the room was very hot but apparently because it is classed as winter it wasn’t available. Because we had no air conditioning we had to keep the door to the balcony open on the tilt therefore it was very noisy at night. As we had ear plugs provided I assume the hotel are aware of the noise which is out of their control however had the air conditioning been available it wouldnt have been quite so loud.
