perfect Hotel, very clean, excellent location. we enjoyed very much! we were with 2 little children

The hotel has a very good location, close to city center, rooms are spacious, very clean, beds are really comfortable, staff is friendly. There are also parking places reserved for the hotel, on the street, in front of it.

The breakfast was ok, but I think they can improve on breakfast variaty.

Stayed in this hotel for New Year 2022. Greatly located hotel in the city center near the main square with pedestrian zone. A road leads to the hotel, and trams go around the city, and there is also a good parking for cars. We checked in at night. Receptionist worked really quick, was not indifferent to the request for quiet rooms for 2 weeks. Breakfast - Swedish table, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, vegetables, cereals, Yoghurts, lots of delicious bread, coffee from Jura coffee machines. The rooms were spacious with a large balcony! The balcony overlooked the courtyard with small shops, where we bought everything we needed: cosmetics, souvenirs, glasses. We used balcony a lot as it is almost covered. In winter, it is convenient to store delivered groceries there, ventilate clothes, and simply monitor the weather. All the light in the room worked well, all the sockets were comfortable, the rooms have tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, a coffee machine is provided on request. The soundproofing is excellent, the neighbors were not heard at all. Sounds from the corridor, of course, can be heard, but no one will bother you behind the wall. Lovely large bathroom, very good power shower, comfortable sink, large closet, good safe. The nicest hotel built in the spirit of a Chalet. All the staff treated us with respect, helped in every way they could, they called a taxi, told us where to eat, where the 24-hour pharmacy was, if anything, they did the laundry quickly. A Christmas market with a tree and a skating rink was located in the city square in front the hotel. As well as all the main restaurants: Ikon, Donna Rossa, Panda Pizzeria, Kurdi restaurant. There were Debrecen Thermal Baths at several tram stops. Some of the best in Hungary, contain the most complex medicinal water with important elements, 5 pools of different temperatures, 4 saunas, cryo-room, a very hot big outdoor pool. The hotel is located right in the heart of the Debrecen and they even provide parking tickets so basically park for free. The rooms are big, clean and you also have a minibar and seif along side with a coffee machine and water boiler fot tea. Everything is within minutes walking. Even the Aquaticum Thermal Baths are just 20 minutes walk away. This hotel is an excellent value for money. They also provide free Wi-Fi and it works pretty well. We have booked the suite and it even have 1.5 bathrooms witch I find really helpful and nice.

It is not that I didn't like it at all, but the breakfast can be improved a little bit. A coffee maker with several choices would be better than the classic filter coffee, but overall you have a good option of food to choose from.

My mother and I booked a suite which was very comfortable. The staff was very helpfull and did much more than I expected to make sue we are cofortable, including our request sent to them in correspondence before we arrived - I realy can't thank them enough. The room was very clean with a wonderful balcony facing the street. Coffe machine and a minibar - everything to make us comfortable

Some of the stairs leading to the dining room don't have a handle which can be problematic for a disabled person

Central location just 150 m away from central place and lost of restaurants, bars, shops Great Room ( suite ) with 2 baclony´s ( I´m a smoker ) and nice view to the old town super service and very friendly staff across all departments very clean , good , great beds and furniture cozy small plazza behind the hotel with some nice and cute shops and a great bakery ( outstanding typical hungarian cakes, sweets and ice cream ) Special Thanks to Tifani , she is really a highly motivated, nice, customer focused, helpful, cute and friendly person, no wish from customer is her to heavy to fulfill. She organize all very vell and proper and made trough my day and stay there. Definetley a place to stay in Debrecen in general and/or again

Actually everything was as expected, very high standards, well equipped, breakfast delicious. Location is very good, close to all amenities. Don't let to scare you the tram rail, no noise, no disturbance. My room had a balcony. where I did stepped out to have my coffee. I really love this place, and next time I will be staying here, for sure.

Only a suggestion, I could take use of a restaurant, for evening meals. Lunch is not a problem, but dinner, would be nice to get at the hotel, for single travellers like me :-) I had to extend my stay with three nights, here was a bit of misunderstanding, nothing which couldn't be fixed, though.

the property is situated, as mentioned in the description, right in the city center of Debrecen, very easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable, they also provide coffe & tea in your room. we had the room at the second floor, not facing the street so it was not noisy at all. the breakfast is super diverse, you have lots of options to choose from. staff is polite.

the free parking mentioned in the description is not free parking, the hotel doesn’t have actually a private parking and you need to find a place to park on the street (even on a Saturday was a bit difficult to find a spot) The check in starts at 14:00. we arrived at 14:30 and our room was not ready.

Very good room with good floor space and very well furnished. Good classic hotel room. The hotel is quit large and located central in the city close to a tram stop. A good choice to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast could be better and there should be more different dishes to choose from. And again, the coffee for breakfast could also be of a better quality. It would be good to have coffee served in a jug in stead of coffe from a coffee machine - which quite often isen´t a good cup og coffee.
