The food was extremely delicious. The Chef in the kitchen is really master. We are all gluten intolerant which was not an issue in the hotel. Many options were offered during breakfast and dinner. They also prepared gluten and dairy free cake for our son's birthday. What was really good was that there were no parties at the pool area in the evening. The hotel is very calm and allows you to rest. It is also located out of the main promenade and no noise was noticeable in the rooms. The staff was very polite and customer oriented. I know some words in Hungarian so it was not an issue to find the solution for our requests (especially in the restaurant). Pool was clean and its size was good to accommodate the guests. All is clean in the hotel. The location is great (5 minutes walk from aquapark). Parking is in the underground garage or outdoor parking lots owned by the hotel. The hotel has also gaming zone with bowling, table tennis and many other stuff.

The English proficiency of the staff (in the restaurant) should be improved if the hotel wants to attract more foreign quests (as I mentioned I speak some words in Hungarian so it was not a problem - they wanted to understand and communicate). The rooms are clean but bathroom would deserve renovation.

The food was very good (breakfast and dinner included), the pools were a great plus especially in the days when the Hungarospa was full of people (during the weekend). Especially loved the poolbar from one of the external pools. The staff was very polite.

It's up to your luck if you are going to find a staff member who speaks good English. We didn't have issues with English at the reception, however the rest of the staff was a bit rusty or didn't know English at all, so it's a plus if you have someone who speaks Hungarian with you. But even if you don't, you will probably manage. The beds were also not up to a 4 star hotel standard. We stayed as a couple in a room and the bed was made up of 2 single beds put together. They were not that comfortable either.

It's a decent hotel, food was tasty, althought same selection to choose from everyday. Comfortable beds. Nice and clean pool with thermal water in the new building.

No cleaning during our 2 nights weekend stay. The bathroom wasn't well cleaned. There was a wet stain on the carpet at arrival, near the bathroom door, and the air had a moist smell. Noise from the entrance as guests returning to the hotel at night were loud. Fresh water pool too cold!!

The hotel needs immediate renovation, the reception, rooms and interior restaurant are quite outdated. The pool area is superb instead

The food is excellent, very wide variety, and the buffet doesn't run out of even the most popular stuff. The wellness and thermal pools are great, very relaxing, just all-around pleasant. Also, they provide complimentary robes you can use for the spa sections.

The game room was a bit disappointing, but the only real grievance I have is that you have to pay an outrageous price for even water during dinner. The food is great, but it feels very nickel and dime-ish to make you pay separately for water.

If you come earlier at like 12 or before,even if the room is ready,if you are not hungarian,they will ask for early check in tax if you want your camera before 2pm. Yes,only if you are not hungarian.

It's the second stay in the hotel. We liked it as 1st time, all was good: food, clean, comfortable, location.

Wifi was very poor, we didn't had this experience during 1st visit. It was too too slow.

The best food ever! Nice personnel, clean rooms, towels changed every day. Great swimming pools - especially those with thermal water.

Staff doesn't speak english, names of dishes at breakfast and dinner were only in hungarian. The dinner was between 18-21, but if you come at 20 , you hardly find a plate, and they doesn't make refill for the food. Bathroom must be updated.

Due to lack of shutter there wasn't real dark, our baby couldn't sleep enough. But unfortunately in most hotel it's normal.
