Super friendly helpful gentleman /with beard/ at reception. Restaurant attached to the hotel clean , excellent service and food. Very charming wood covered rooms. very close to the Thermal bath AAAAA a true 4 STAR hotel!!! /Not like Miskolc -Tapolca AURORA hotel has 4 Star rating which is a DUMP!!! 1.5 STAR only/ Question: Who awards the number of stars for the hotels in Hungary? Name of the organization?

Was fine all and all the Reception Staff are excellent very friendly and we can communicate 😀 well they speak very good English. The Housekeeper are doing a excellent job cleaning every day .The Hotel are very clean and they change a bed lining and the towels all the time All is very good servic

I don't like the noises from our sters are making hight noise when we use in the night .the room was duplex room .and the carpet in room needs clean

The hotel is at a very good location, right in the city center. We liked its internal decoration, the ship theme. Everything looked perfect and clean. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was a double decker, very comfortable and clean.

Very nice hotel but...

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The waiter was missing nearly all the time. The coffee machine was broken. The butter was melting in the basket. Fruit juice was empty and a refill only happend after looking for the waiter for a couple of minutes. Btw..in the restaurant...even if the menu is available in three languages...the waiter only speaks and understands Hungarian. And the prices are different in each version of the menu.

Location very central in the city, very good restaurant and excellent pastry shop belonging to the hotel, wellness facilities were exclusively reserved for us (2 hours) without extra payment

Hotel couldn't provide sauna sheets, no head rest in the sauna, bathrobes are not included in the room rate.

Breakfast is not very well thought of, each morning there were missing things...food...plates....cutlery... They should pay much more attention to breakfast and customers during breakfast. But the taste was ok.

Great location, professional and kind reception staff, always ready quickly to solve all problems, nice restaurant with amazing dizain details, good menu and delicious 🎂. I spent excellent 10 days and will come back with pleasure !!!

when i ordered dinner they brought it to me completely cold !!! They fix it lets say fast. But …. When I ordered second beer, they forgot to brink me. The waiters were very lazy and I had to come to them because they sit on the bar …

Good hotel. The staff is caring. The room was clean and comfortable. There was free parking. The bar they closed at 23.00 I arrived ten minutes late. They didn't sell beer. But this is not a problem, just around the corner there is a bar that is open until the last customer. Bought there.

Nice space, clean rooms in a old and gorgeous building. Restaurant is great looking with very good food.

Bathroom outdated but functional. Breakfast not great knowing that food in their restaurant is great.
