Was fine all and all the Reception Staff are excellent very friendly and we can communicate 😀 well they speak very good English. The Housekeeper are doing a excellent job cleaning every day .The Hotel are very clean and they change a bed lining and the towels all the time All is very good servic

I don't like the noises from our sters are making hight noise when we use in the night .the room was duplex room .and the carpet in room needs clean

Very nice hotel but...

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. The waiter was missing nearly all the time. The coffee machine was broken. The butter was melting in the basket. Fruit juice was empty and a refill only happend after looking for the waiter for a couple of minutes. Btw..in the restaurant...even if the menu is available in three languages...the waiter only speaks and understands Hungarian. And the prices are different in each version of the menu.

Breakfast is not very well thought of, each morning there were missing things...food...plates....cutlery... They should pay much more attention to breakfast and customers during breakfast. But the taste was ok.

Breakfast. The room stairs were squeaking hard and some stains on the chairs upholstery.

Great location, professional and kind reception staff, always ready quickly to solve all problems, nice restaurant with amazing dizain details, good menu and delicious 🎂. I spent excellent 10 days and will come back with pleasure !!!

when i ordered dinner they brought it to me completely cold !!! They fix it lets say fast. But …. When I ordered second beer, they forgot to brink me. The waiters were very lazy and I had to come to them because they sit on the bar …

Good hotel. The staff is caring. The room was clean and comfortable. There was free parking. The bar they closed at 23.00 I arrived ten minutes late. They didn't sell beer. But this is not a problem, just around the corner there is a bar that is open until the last customer. Bought there.

The staff is amazing, I’ve arrived a little bit late and the gay from reception in collaboration with restaurant could organise the dinner with room service! Many thanks! The food was also excellent!

Some details in the hotel should be renovated, but the global situation is not dramatic )

Breakfast is wonderful. And the staff are very kind. Really a good deal.

The rooms on the top floor has stairs inside and lead to the attic. It may get a little scary for me if I was alone, but fortunately I was with my friend. The stairs lead to the attic makes quite a lot of noise when you step on it.

The restaurant floor/carpeting had to be changed for some time, this should not be found in the rest of the landscape which is really beautiful, full of solid wood elements... however, a place where good food is eaten should not be disturbed by a dirty thing!
