The accommodation was pretty nice. We were allowed to enter the property way later than agreed (due to some unexpected road complications). The yard is nicely suitable for car parking. The receptionist we met one day later was very kind and allowed us to keep the car in the yard despite the checkout.

The room was tiny (which didn't matter much to us in particular) and the cleaning staff present in the morning didn't speak any English. This also didn't matter to us as the English-potent receptionist showed up in the morning anyway.

I like that the prices are not so high, the fact that it has an interior parking, it’s in a quiet place.

I don’t like the lack of “ interest” let’s say. There are a few things that could be improved in the rooms. Like the shower, the sink. The doors should be checked, because there was some cold coming inside. Maybe a better table would be ok also in the rooms.

Was very easy to check-in, quiet surrounding. Clean room with a big bad.

For the price we paid, we expacted to have a mini fridge in the room, a hair dryer and shower gel or Shampoo. Cleaning ladies are very noisy starting early în the morning, slapping doors and talking loud. Other guests were also preety noisy. Room was too close to the kitchen, so one could hear every guest making coffee în the morning, having breakfast or talking.

Room is good and excellent and there is a garage free of charge.

I called twice and they didn't respond except when i told them that i am coming within hours via message and they called back, during check out I sent them sms to ask how i will check out and i didn't receive response until o saw house keeping and i gave her the key, also i didn't know how can I open gate if garage and i sent sms and without response and i needed almost 15 minutes to figure out how it works. Hence there should be more focus on customer service.

Spacious and pretty clean. The temperature in the room was great. A big plus for the parking space being inside the courtyard.

Would’ve been better if there was a shower gel. Also, the tax fee not being included in the initial payment is a minus, because I had to pay cash, which I didn’t have and I had to find an ATM to get some cash.

Rooms look great and are very clean. Beds are comfortable. I could park my car in the courtyard before the actual check-in and leave it there until after my check-out. Check-in was easy as keys are accessible from key boxes. Location is good if you plan to go to the Fonix arena as it is easily accessible by foot (~10 min)

There is no table in the room but I ended up working in the kitchen with other people, which was actually nice.

It was clean, I enjoyed the clean area, and the staff was friendly; they can not speak English, but it was good

As described, just a short walk to the centre of town in a quiet residential area.

The code to get in was provided on arrival. That was no problem at all as everything worked and I did not arrive late in the evening. I, however, stayed in similar places where the code was provided prior to arrival, which would have been better if I were to have a problem connecting with the phone.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities. Large parking for each room. We were alone in the house, just our family. We enjoyed ourselves. In the downstairs apartment for 4 people, in bedroom was pretty cold at night because there was no air conditioning, just in living room.

Enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to center. Secure parking, quiet neighborhood, clean room, air conditioning, great sleep experience. Welcoming and polite staff, smooth and easy check in. Good bonus there are cozy shared kitchenette spaces (with terrace at 2nd floor) with coffee machine and other stuff to prepare quick snack if you’d want.
