We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was recently opened and everything is new, clean and in perfect working order. The location is also nice being just over the street from the Forum mall. The hotel also has it's own underground parking which is very safe, but you need to pay extra for it. The personal was OK, polite and pleasant. The included breakfast was also OK and it included some of the local specialties.

The only thing I didn't like it was that the windows only have very thin white vertical blinds and no curtains. This makes all the external light pass though and during night time and also early morning you have too much light in the room. Also as the hotel has also a large internal staircase, the 2nd room on the apartment has windows with the same type of vertical blinds. The hallway is lit with automatic lights so each time when someone passes you get too much light in your room.

Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good for sightseeing and to sleep.

Problem with parking - before taking the keys to the underground parking on reception, there's no place to wait.

We come here every year, we stayed in 411 and 412 and the apartments were really nice, good firm mattress and big balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and sink and another one with bathtub and sink. There is cutlery for 2 people and everything you need. The place is clean and hotel stuff very friendly. The premises are good also for children as they are spacious.

I suggest you place a towel and soap in the bathroom with the toilet. It’ll be easier than having to always go from one bathroom to another. Also, the breakfast quality decreased, I believe some more variety in hot dishes and bread would help. Of course, higher quality in products is also a must.

The apartment is quite spacious, the breakfast was good, although it could do with a bit more variety when it comes to fruits. The car park was nice. We did not have any problems with the heating in the room, in fact it was quite warm for our taste (1st of Dec) the thermometer showed 24C.

As others have mentioned already: the drapes do not fully cover the windows, therefore, in the mornings the light will wake you up. Out room/apartment was facing the main street therefore all the traffic noise reached us, even though we stayed there during winter and all windows were closed. The coffee (breakfast) tastes bad. The toilet room (separate from the main bathroom) did not have a soap dispenser nor a place to hang a towel, therefore, after doing your thing you have to go to the main bathroom to wash your hands

It's our 2nd time visiting Parizs Garden Apartments and we are very happy 😊

The only negative thing it was breakfast. Low portions of food and not so many options. Previous time was different. If the hotel can take a look on this. Other than that everything was perfect.

Location is great one minute from Forum and 2 minutes to penny market and tram / bus station. the staff are friendly, speaking English and really helpful. The breakfast is good quality however above average in variety. The restaurant is very clean and the dinner we have was tasty. dishes were really beautiful (photos attached)

There were no blackouts and so you will wake up 6 am everyday 😒, the silver lining that you will not miss the breakfast. There are no plates, spoons, knives or forks provided even they have a fridge and a microwave in the room, I have to buy paper plates and forks from the supermarket Halal options are very limited either for breakfast or on resturant menu (may be I have to inform the hotel before I arrive)

Apartment was clean and big. Parking garage. Friendly personal.

The bathroom shower was leaking. No equipment in the kitchen, even for a knife you have to ask. It’s loud from the street, but thus you can already expect, looking on the map. The breakfast is absolutely not good, I got the money back for it.

-no hairdryer but they can provide one at the reception -the curtains are too bright and during the night and morning in the room there is too much light from outside and might be a problem for light sleepers -you don’t have glasses or any cutlery in the kitchen but we brought from home and it was ok -in the bathroom there was a water leakage while we were showering
