Really great location, close to the main attractions and zoo. The staff was friendly, comfortable beds. For families with kids, there is a park right across the street. Breakfast and cleaning were satisfying enough.

The breakfast in the 2nd morning was way poorer, but we had the basics. Cappuccino was like cocoa, didn't taste like coffee at all. The cleaning could be a little bit improved. There was dust on the shelfs in the restaurants, a few missing items in the room's fridge. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. No slippers or bathrobe in a 4 stars hotel.

The rooms in the attic are very hot during the summer and the AC does not work.

We were 2 families, one had a great experience and another had an awful experience. I had the room at the first floor, my friends were having a room in the attic. Our room was nice and pretty cool during the day and night, but our friends room was very hot and the AC was not working - they had a bad time. They wiil definitely not recommend the location. Also the price is very high (comparable to 5 stars in Dubai)

We loved how kind everyone was, breakfast and our room were great. Everything tidy, clean, great selection for breakfast, however I did expect more fruit. Location is amazing, especially with kids. Zoo is a 5 min walk, spa is 10 in the other direction. Cross the road there is a great little restaurant and a huge playground, a nice park, fountains and the lake itself. There is even a small store next to the hotel. Cards accepted everywhere and staff is super kind. Hotel is not the latest and greatest smart building, but has an elegant style and no obvious marks of age, very nice.

Honestly, I cant think of anything. It was tough dealing with the extremely hot weather outside the hotel, our daughter could have fallen asleep at the spa so we could stay more, but we had to get back to our room with AC for everybodys comfort :D

The location is great, close to both the Aquarius aqua park and the zoo. The breakfast was included in the price and it was really good. They have parking right in front of the hotel and we left the car there, since the 2 main attractions are at a walking distance.

It was quite cold in the room and we didn't really figure out how to stop the AC

Rooms are large, hotel is close to the zoo and Aquapark, free parking, clean.

Missing hand soap from the bath room, had to use shower gel to wash hands, AC did not cool, had to keep windows open over night, restaurant was missing lots of items on the menu, including beer. Since we were a family I was expecting to get two rooms next to each other, and although there were rooms with private doors we got rooms on same floor but faraway from each other.

great staff, only thing that i have found to be little bit weird is that when we have asked for dinner menu, it was all in hungarian, no english and waitress was unable to translate it. i know, patriotism but come on, is it difficult to translate menu to english? We had dinner elsewhere because of this. im not that bothered by it just that was only mishap on excelent service hotel provides. Other than that perfections from start to finish of our trip. Room was spot on clean. Parking right in front of hotel, 2 minutes walk to Zoo or Aquapark. loved it and i hope we will be back again. i recomend it to everyone.

The hotel itself looks very impressive and imposing. The breakfast was good, the location is perfect to reach the Zoo and also there is a beautiful park with a lake nearby. Would come again.

The kingbed was built by two separate single beds so it was a bit uncomfortable. Our room was right above the staff's smoking and chilling area, with open window in the morning it was a bit noisy.

The hotel has a great location and superb breakfast (on the weekends) because on Monday we were the only guest. Breakfast was still good and plentiful but the buffet style on the weekend was also pleasing to the eye. The room was nice and good size.

They were renovating the hotel but it is only temporary.

We spent two days in Nyíregyháza (partially for business reasons) with my wife. The hotel is located in the Sóstó area (right next to the Sóstó lake and close to the spa, although we spent most of the day in the city which is approx. 15 min drive). The hotel is well equipped and the bathroom and room was clean. There were a lot of parking spots available in front of the hotel. The hotel has a small restaurant where we had the breakfast in the morning (which was okay) and we had a dinner on the first day (the food was also okay altough for somebody it may be too greasy).

Excellent location, just in between The Aquarius and the Zoo garden. 5 min to each location. Friendly staff, a true 4* location, large rooms, excellent breakfast.

We stayed there for 3 days, and we had to ask to pick up at least the garbage, because nobody passed over to do the cleaning. Even if they have a very nice restaurant, the program is very complicated: open for breakfast, and they close after. The facility is open again later from 4 pm to 9 pm.
