it is very clean, wellness area is wonderful and the staff is very helpful

a little bit crowded, furniture is a little bit old fashioned, there is no free water in the room and there are no hygienic kits provided (toothbrush; toothpaste, soap, vanity kit)

For me hotel is about experience. I went with the family the second time during the same period, the experience is wonderful. Food is great, staff is always warm, kids feel free to ask for things on their own and we never have to feel we are bothering anyone at their work which often is the case in hotels. Food is great as usual. Coffee is better this year. The guided tour was just amazing. Hot water is hot, this is important for me after a cold hike. So a proper hot shower was extremely comforting. The magic show was great as usul (special programme between the holidays)

Bed is too soft for my taste, but last time I did not have this issue, perhaps it was another room, or my need changed. This is very minimal thing for me to mention and subjective. This time some facilities were not working. The bowling was not working for one night so it was not as fun as we could not hit any strikes and it could not be fixed. But we still needed to pay for 6k for an hour.

Rich selection of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Food is excellent too. Welcome bottle of wine and nox of chocolate was heart warming. Price of those subjects to surcharge is reasonable. Plenty of resources (free shows and arranged programmes) and space arrangement make families with kids feel relaxed. Attentive and kind staff. Hot milk and lactose free milk provided in the buffet breakfast.

It would be even better if there are more hangers or hooks to keep the robes and towels dry in the bedrooms. Coffee in the breakfast could be stronger.

The location was absolutely amazing! The facilities were very good and clean too. The food was also very tasty and good variety.

The bed wasn't really comfortable. There was a company venue, and they were partying until 2am. It was quite loud, even so the window/ balcony door was shut. Not much sleep for us on that night either.

Was pleased with everything. Received welcome drinks. Breakfast and dinner was included in our package as well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended this place

Was happy with everything. Managed to visit the area: kekesteto and sirok.

Stayed at Zsuzsanna wing. Good value for the money. Wellness and swimming pool are better than I expected from a 3star hotel. The location is also perfect for outdoor sports. Bowling and billiard.

The food could have been a little bit more varied. But anyway it was fine.

Friendly stuffs, great breakfasts and dinners, available pools, surrounding. Everything was clean.

Apartman Ersebeth do not have air condition and it is close to noisy street.

Breakfast was plenty and tasteful. The staff was on the top of their game.

I felt the price was a bit on the higher end compared to a one grade higher Hotel in the area.
