Very comfortable Billerbeck mattress, everything was clean and high quality. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing with the perfect water temperature.

There were some staff members who did not care at all and they gave a horrible first impression about the hotel that luckily changed for the better when the professional staff arrived. I know the young staff was probably only doing their internship but still it should be the bare minimum to say hi to guests when they arrive.. they did not tell us anything about the facilities at the hotel, where our room were, checkout time or anything.

We loved the pool and the breakfast was nice too.

We did not particularly enjoy our room. It was really too small (and we are not fussy about things) but we hardly managed to put a baby crib there, the only spot where it could fit was very unconveniently right under AC and between table and our bed, which left literally no space left in the room...) also the shower was not the cleanest and the balcony looked like it was long forgotten by the cleaner.

We loved the quiet nights. The beds are comfortable so it was easy to sleep a good one. The wellness area was better than what was expected. Everybody were helpful and polite. The breakfast was up to standard. We have tried the dinner at the restaurant and it was also tasty and in a great price. I am vegan and I could eat better dinner than an empty salad like usually. :-) Next time we will try the blowling and the biliard as well. Because we are planning to go back...

The place where we had to pick up and dropp off the pool towels was a bit strange. Going to the pub in swimming dress was a bit awkward. We were a guest from the Hotel and tried to get pool towels from the HSK room (together with bath robes) but we didn't get. Why not? Bath robes together with pool towels. That makes sense. But everything else were perfect.

Nice wellness spa hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind, cuisine was great, breakfast pretty decent. Really enjoyed the hotel and the pool was really nice.

Room was a little small and the shower head was fixed which I didn’t like. They can improve a bit the cleaning.

Nice rooms, with free access to the spa centre (pool, jacuzzi, sauna). The hotel restaurant had excellent food (traditional and international). Personnel were trying their best to be helpful.

We only stayed one night.

The wellness is excellent, they have warm and comfortable, new pool, 3 working saunas, yakuzzi ..

The breakfast could be slightly more rich for the money paid (9 EUR). The first day they served some fruits, on the second day not...

Very nice pool inside and spa area. Great restaurant with good food and drinks.

A bit gray atmosphere on the hallway and in the room especially because of the carpet.

Clean and well maintained room, and a nice wellness section with a round swimming pool, a children's pool and several saunas and jacuzzi. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely superb!
