Great location in the city centre, comfortable and clean rooms The breakfast was nothing special but you find your food (eggs, sausage, cheese, ham, ...). The staff was very nice. You can park your car in the garage (11 €/night) but we had the bikes and we could leave them free of charge. Not completely new hotel but we were satisfied.

Empty mini bar in the room. The hotel has nice rooftop bar, but it was not in operation what it is really pity because it is the place with great potential. But it is open for guests you can be there to look around or sit down with own food/drink. The wellness was out of order, probably in reconstruction. Do not expect the live hotel with many people, night bars, there is really quiet what is unusal for 4* hotel in the city centre.

The building and lobby are beautiful. Location right in the city center, with plenty of good restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The shower was strong and hot. The pool table was a nice touch.

Photos showed a bath tub but we only had a shower. The bed and pillows were pretty hard. The wellness area was closed, and the gym only had aerobic machines and hand weights, could do with a multi-gym weight machine.

Location in the city center. Peaceful neighborhood. Parking is available in front of the hotel, which is free of charge during the weekend. Polite staff. The hotel is grandiose with high ceilings and antique furniture.

It was cold in the room and the dining room. The water was not warm enough for a shower. I stayed in the hotel in mid-November. The bathroom lacked a thorough cleaning. The furniture requires restoration. The hotel does not deserve the category it states (four stars).

We are a family of 4 and stayed just for 1 night. The hotel is old but classic, nice to see the antiques in the lobby. Rooftop is very good to see the city from above. Perfect location with many touristic sites in walking distance.

Breakfast is ok but could be better. It's a little bit dark everywhere, lights could be stronger.

A large and old hotel which we loved but with the not uncommon issue of supplying hot water.sporadically

The location of the hotel is excellent. The check in was fast and the communication with the staff was smooth. Good value for money.

In my room it was a bit noisy, since it looks at the street where the Győr Town Hall is located which is full of traffic constantly. On the other hand, we had a very good view 😄

Breakfast was well and enough. Good choice! The room was warm, no restriction to heating (as it was introduced in invitation email). Bathroom was old fashioned but everything was working and was clean. Bathroom looks better in real life as on hotel's photos. Grandiose entrance and hall as from 1910's is very nice.

The hotel is right in the center of town, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room was big enough for our family and had a small attached kitchen (we didn't use it though). The shower was really big with a corner tub without a curtain so we were nervous that we would get water everywhere, but the shower was angled so it was fine, even when showering kids. The hotel held our bags the next day until the evening, which was very nice. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, amazing great - friendly and helpful - staff, really clean room. This is clearly a recommended property, I’m looking forward to my next stay in this hotel.

Still running renovation activites are leading to little inconveniecies, but the great staff of the hotel are managing these situtation in a very professional way.

Good location, clean room and very good breakfast with non-diary and glutenfree options too. Very well done.

In the room sometimes we heard periodically repeating strange noises from the plumbing, also loud footsteps in the corridor due to the hard floor.
