This is a villa at the outskirts of Budapest, 7 min drive to airport. Although the exterior aspect of the villa isn't great, the interior is very well renovated and spotlessly clean. Rooms are confortable, a little thin the walls though, and there is also a stylish modern shared kitchen room. Breakfast is extra (6 Euro), but it's very good, the options are simple but meals are freshly made (homemade buns, tasty omlettes, real capuccino, big bottle of orange juice). You can order meals in, or go around to restaurants, we were at Joe Bacsi's, which is recomanded by them but also by Tripadviser, and we even found there lots of gluten free dishes (also pasta and any kind of pizza, even). The biggest advantage for us was the fact that right in the same yard with the villa, there is a long term car parking firm, and if you leave the car with them, you get free shuttle to and from airport (both ways).

Nice room, cozy bed, spatious bathroom, fine breakfast, able staff, very close to the airport and convenient if you have your own car. The whole place is pristine clean and appropriately decorated. Ample parking.

The surrounding is a bit scary, when you arrive after nightfall. :-) It *really* looks as if you're completely lost. Completely dark, last 100 m of street is mud road (no tarmac), other buildings around look industrial, and some of them even deserted. Depending on which GPS app you use, it might even actually take you to the wrong place (about 300 m away), but even if it does take you to the precise location, it still may happen that you don't see it. It would really help if they put a well-lit sign to the last turnpoint and to the entrance gate, too. Other than that, only one more thing - an anti-slipping pad in the bath tub would be a great idea. The tub is very, *very* slippery.

I have stayed here several times. There is a shuttle to the airport every half hour at night and at dawn. Each time I was given a different room, which was fully equipped, including water and coffee. Since it is outside the city, you are not disturbed by the noise of the city, you can eat and relax.

Unfortunately, the group of children arriving during the night was very noisy, they arrived at the adjacent parking and transfer station, so I could not sleep peacefully. The transfer is not included in the booking price, this was a surprise for the German couple traveling with me, the neighboring car park takes care of this.

Great location, close to the airport. Nice traditional building and very well renovated, beautiful rooms. Perfectly clean. Good towels and soaps, fridge and all. The staff are all kind and we got exeptional help and attention what we needed because of our kids. Breakfast is really good and the breakfast room is really beautiful. Sleeping in comfortable beds. The AC is good We will happily return and can recommend this place.

The bathroom had 1 spot rust, I think that will be painted soon. Otherwise all was perfect I cannot say anything negative.

The property was incredible, we arrived quite late since our flight was very delayed but everything was arranged to make sure we could check in at that time and have everything we need. The place has everything you need and more , is very welcoming and extremely clean. We could not be happier about the way we were treated by the owner Janos who made sure everything was provided for us. We definitely found our preferred accommodation for when we are visiting again Budapest.

We had a very early flight so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast, but we brought our own cereal and appreciated the availability of dishes and utensils, as well as milk and cream. We were glad to find something near the airport. And we were grateful for the assistance in setting up a ride to the airport at a crazy early hour.

The room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was tiny, but we liked it!

A lovely interior arrangement of a small room and bathroom with precise detail to interior decorating. This room was great as we arrived from two long days of travel and needed to sleep close to the airport. We arrived in the evening and our hostess gave an excellent recommendation for dinner. This is a B&B and breakfast was great.

Finding the place was a little hard as it is off of the anticipated spot for a B&B. It sits in an industrial part with nothing is walking distance.

The lady on the reception welcomed me really pleasant, helped me with transfer to the airport organization. Also, the hotel doesn't have their own restaurant, but the lady helped me to order a dinner from their partner. BTW the size of the dish was huge, so advise to take 1 for 2 people, as I was alone it was not my option. I had a trip from Ukraine, so decided to sleep in the hotel and had a next flight in the morning, and it was right decision to select the hotel, as the rooms are very cozy, the service is amazing, the price is good, quality is high, you can find everything you need in the room to have a rest before continuing your trip.

Really nice pension. Also good price. It's in the middle of nowhere, but it's right at the car park, that we used when we flown away. So when we arrived back to Budapest, we took the shuttle from the airport and our car was waiting for us at the location. Also, we arrived around midnight so the keys were waiting for us at the reception, no problem. Overall the experience was really good and I'll use it again the next time I'm flying away from Budapest.

The room door really needs some soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything from the hall and the reception, you could even smell the breakfast. And there were some noisy guests in the hall, so it woke us up. Also, the door made noise by iself when someone opened some door downstairs.

The room were nice and considerably spacious, there was a nice garden with a seating area, which is quite enjoyable. The dining room is big enough for guests, and free tea and coffee is available for everyone. Breakfast is 5€, however I chose not to try it as options did not suit my taste. The bed is comfortable, and the space in the room is very well managed, there is a TV, good Wi-Fi. mosquito nets are provided in all windows which is very good addition, considering that the garden is full of bugs. All in all, the rooms were good, clean, and comfortable, staff were friendly though hard to find

There were a couple of problems regarding the equipment of the room. The electrical kettle was unusable since it was very dirty (a whitish film covered the bottom and surroundings) but you can use the one in the dining room instead, so not a big deal. The room is equipped with a mini-fridge but the sound is horribly loud, without exaggeration, it sounds like the stomach noises of a hungry bear, at night specially, it was really annoying . The location is in the middle of nowhere, but you know that in advance, there is barely any form of public transport around.
