The reception staff where both very nice and accommodating to any requests I had. The breakfast fast option was good however the only cooked food there , was scrambled eggs/boiled eggs, beans , fried sausages and bacon. Other items where cold salad items and breads. The room was spacious and very neatly kept. In regards to the distance to the city centre, it's fairly central as there's a tram right outside the hotel to get you there. Get the 24 hour Budapest ticket pass if you'll be doing a lot of traveling on the day you're there.

The WiFi was not so great , the connectivity of it was quite poor.

The room was spacious enough and there was enough space in the wardrobe. The bathroom was also good, the shower was not crammed. The location is perfect if you are going to the Papp László arena for an event.

The bed mattress could be more comfortable. It wasn't bad though. Our window was situated to the back yard, so there was only little street noise. On the other side it would be worse. But there is ac so you can always close the window. We were able to sleep with the window open.

Decent hotel with a great crew of workers! Thanks for all the help provided especially when requested on a holiday like New Year! Our room had electricity problems that were fixed right there. At rest, it was overpriced for New Year (but so is everything else for this holiday) and I expect it to be cheaper for normal stays. It is located right in front of a tram station and 10 min walk from the metro, so you can go anywhere without a taxi. Accessible and pleasant.

They could improve the breakfast selection. You can get a 15euro breakfast with a wider variety of products.

We have stayed in hotel during first weekend of athletics world championship in August 2023. Two adults with five-year old child. Hotel is located near bussy transit street so it is quite easy to reach it or to go throughout the city from it. I am not sure if it is recently renovated or brand new, but room, lobby and reception looked quite new. Room was clean, main double bed comfortable enough and additional one was ok. Guy on reception was polite and friendly and gave us useful information about public transportation and similar issues. Official check-in time as 15pm, but our room was available a few hours earlier - that was big plus as it was raining in that time. Room keeping lady was also nice and responded immediately on our request to fill up shampoo. Free parking, at least during weekend, was available very close to hotel. I can not say much about other things as we were spending days and evenings outside and used hotel only for sleeping.

There is no issue to complain about. But demanding travellers should know that trafic noise can be heard inside rooms, at least on side looking to street. Hotel has contemporary windows, but bussy street is just a few meters away. For majority of people it should not be problem.

The room was clean and bright, and the location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay &excellent hospitality. Will be coming back!

The hotel was close to our destination, Papp Laszlo arena, as we came for a concert. The rooms were spacious, and clean.

Well, it started from the beginning. The reception didn't even say hello when I approach the desk, and she seemed bordered to assist. Definitely she needs to work on her customer service. The room had no working fridge. After I looked on the other comments it seems this is an issue for a long time. The breakfast variety is poor.

Excellent value for money, easily accessible with car, outdoor free parking, clean facilities, warm room, tram station in front of hotel, full size and comfortable mattress on additional folding bed

Perhaps only the fact that there is nothing to see in walking distance and you need two lines of public transportation to get to the city center. Breakfast is to expensive comparing to room price.

Breakfast Not very central, but very well connected by public transport

You can't reserve a parking spot and we knew this, but even after arriving if you leave your spot, it is possible that you don't have it again when you come back. The cleaning lady one of the days made a lot of noise in the hall and when asked her to be more quiet, she was rude.

hotel corresponds to previous evaluations and met expectations, further from the center, but well connected by tram and metro, the room equipment corresponded to the description, we did not use the breakfast, the room facing the housing estate was not particularly noisy, free parking pleased, easily accessible by car

We loved the cleanliness of the room and professionalism of the staff. The shower was good and the room had free tea and coffee packets. Heating was ample and tram is right outside. Close to Lidl grocery store.

The bed was a little on the firm side and the cost was quite high for their location. The hot water side of the shower tap gets extremely hot and if accidentally touched it is painful.
