Great location. The kitchen is very well equipped. The shower had great water pressure. Everything was very clean. The unit was super spacious. We loved how big the dining table was and how comfortable the couch was. We were delighted to see the unit came with a freezer, which is rare in many unit apartments in Europe. We really loved the space. You get your own parking spot. That too was great.

There is no way to really open any windows. So the room tends to be too warm, especially the bedroom. Only one window can be opened in the entire unit, and only just a bit. They have installed a lock to prevent the window from opening the whole way. So it was very warm in there, even though the temperature outside was not that warm. Place needs more access to fresh air, at least, a stronger fan.

Very comfortable, warm and relaxing. Well equipped, with a laundry with washer and dryer on the 3rd floor near our apartment. A supermarket about 150m away. Parking on site. Recommended.

Everything was pretty good. Pricey but it’s summer time so they’ve got to make money.

Clean and quiet. Next door to a good supermarket (Hagkaup). Walking distance, 10 min., to downtown Akureyri.

The television did not have any local or international TV channels available. Netflix and other streaming sources were available, however, but the access was limited or not well explained. The interiors of the apartment, wall colors etc., were very dark or black, and lighting was not very good.

The location was convenient, within walking distance from a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. It was also very spacious and clean.

The toilet brush holder was filled with smelly water which stunk up the bathroom and then spilled and ultimately left a bad smell in the entire apt. The cleaning crew should empty that between stays.

there was a starf member on her way in to our apartment when we came in front of it, she said she was going to clean some stain off the floor and asked if we were checked in. we checked in the day before this and we found it uncomfortable that somebody was going to go into our apartment and us not knowing. We had a lot of valuables inside.

hot tubs were not available and we were not informed, that’s the main reason we had chosen this apartment. a bit pricy

it was very clean and modern. very happy with our stay, overall.

The room was even nicer then we thought, the shared hot tubs were really great and the washer dryer worked perfectly

They should have insulated the shared hot tubs from wind, the winds can be extremely chilly
