The location is good in order to achieve the Agra usual monument visit. The breakfast had lots of choices from Indian breakfast to European bakeries, with the usual drinks. The staff are very polite, professional and responsive. The room is spacious, have all the amenities necessary and clean. The swimming pool is a plus, but not money sunlounger available.

Construction noise (drilling work) until 10~11pm. We had to call reception to ask them to stop, which they promptly did. Few glass bottled water in our room couldn’t be opened as cap is broken, so had to call for new ones.

The hotel is very nice, clean and modern, with an Indian touch here and there. They give complementary water. The breakfast included was quite good. The restaurant has a dinner buffet option which is great and reasonably priced. A la carte options of the restaurant are also very good. The hotel is not located in the heart of Agra, or close to all attractions, but it is peace and quite, which is nice in India.

Some details in the room need some care. The pillows were a bit soft for our taste. Some staff struggled with English. We had to ask two days for hand towels, which for some reason were not replaced.

I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights on a solo trip to Agra. Couple of things that stood out for me: * Staff are very well trained, they made sure all guests were given individual attention and care even though they were running on full capacity * I didn't expect this but I really enjoyed the food, shout out to their chef * Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and super clean. They're also located close to the Taj which was an added perk Special mention to Azam, Pritam and the other staff I interacted with during my stay. They went out of their way to make everything seamless

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the city was very overwhelming, lots of tourist traps and people bombarding you to buy and do things so they can make a commission. I didn't know or expect this before going so I'd keep an eye out

This place is salvation. Do not stay in local hotels!!! They look ok on photo, but don’t believe — it’s a fraud. We were "lucky" to spend three hours in one of these after watching several similar ones. Local hotels are not cleaned at all, bedclothes are stained, the walls and windows are dirty, the toilets are a separate quiet horror. There is no paper in them, everything is rusty, dirty, and the towels are so dusty that you immediately sneeze. Everything at Double Tree was at the highest level: cleanliness, beauty, delicious local cuisine at all meals, an excellent swimming pool, gym and, of course, responsive and considerate staff. Do not spare any money to stay here, otherwise you will simply spoil your impression of Taj Mahal cause you’ll be tired and upset before visiting this magnificent pearl of Indian culture.

Hotel with good quality according to high patterns of Hilton, with luxurious premisses, and an excellent restaurant. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very nice pool, with great view Location is very convenient to visit Taj Mahal.

The cleanliness is not sufficient. There were several areas that were dirty. The rooms have poor insonorization. We listen the noise from other rooms, disturbing our rest.

Nothing relevant, few details to highlight given that this is a 5 star hotel: AC in the room set at 20 degrees C : how can you get from the 30+ outside to a 20c freezing room w/o catching a cold? Few toiletries, I’d used the shower cap for instance Old and “hard” towels Snacks & chips in the mini bar would do a nice confortabile welcome

The property was very close to our primary attraction, Taj Mahal. Thank goodness because the amount of traffic increased our travel time significantly.

The hotel dining was less than what I expected. Unfortunately only one dining space available and the food diversity was minimal. Both dinner experiences served basically the same foods. The food wasn’t bad, I only wished the menu would have been different; mixed vegetables in curry sauce and the same mixed vegetables roasted isn’t a variety to me.

Rooms: Exceeded expectations The room was clean and much bigger than expected. The A/C was good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and no issues with hot water. I arrived early and wasn't able to check in early (not the hotel's fault; there was a wedding party), but they allowed me to check my bags so I could still go sight-seeing and all my belongings were kept safe and secure. Everything about Double Tree by Hilton Agra was excellent. The staff at the breakfast buffet and dinner were extremely accomodating and helpful especially as we were travelling with my 80 year old Mum. We decided to eat breakfast lunch and dinner in the hotel as food was just perfect for us pure vegetarians.. Our room was kept tidy at all times by the house keeping staff.

Didn’t affect my rating and experience but a small suggestion to maybe offer guest the portable heater during checkin especially during winter season. We were told by house keeping that room had cooling only and very promptly provided as with a portable heater.

The hotel provides an good experience with a very good pool and very comfortable rooms.

We probably had bad luck with the timing of our stay, as the hotel was undergoing renovations. The strong smell of granite paint filled the lobby and was overwhelming to the point of causing nausea. The restaurant was okay, but the staff seemed disorganized during breakfast, both on a busy day and when it was less crowded. The coffee was good, but not as excellent as at the Taj Convention Center.
