We booked for Club Room and allocated a room almost at the end of corridor and passing rooms that were under renovation covered by curtain only. I complaint to the reception and requested for room changing at different floor, and they were kindly attended my request and instead of placing me to the same type of room, they upgraded my room to Executive King Room. the upgraded room was quite spacious and has separate living room and bar table with high chair. there are toilette in the room, one is the attached bathroom inside the bedroom, and another one (smaller size) in the living room.

While the restaurant provides buffet foods, however, for certain foods they have to serve the foods to our table and scoop it to our plates instead of serving it on a plate. It defeated the purpose of having buffet foods, they should have just serve the foods on the buffet table and allowing guests to select the foods they would like to enjoy.

Very calm place to relax from busy city Agra. Not too crowded. We were alone in the swimming pool. Dinning super good and very cheap, I really recommend buffer and very good attention by Pooja :D Room super comfortable and big. Very clean. Good spa massages! Very good 5 stars hotel overall.

It's a bit hard to go to the hotel. Ubers varely work there.

We only stayed for one night, but the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room service and housekeeping was very efficient and prompt. overall a good experience.

The dinner buffet was priced at ₹ 999/- per person. The number of dishes could have been better. This is my personal experience and does not reflect on the quality of the food.

Very good connectivity to the location at the end of the expressway and is the first best hotel when you enter Agra from expressway side, near from Taj Mahal. My family stayed for 1 day in Ramada due to wedding of our beloved niece, clean rooms of 5 star ambience, very nice food and breakfast, valet parking, All the staff are really helpful starting from the bell boy to staff in restaurants. I will choose to stay in Ramada plaza whenever my future visits from Hyderabad to Agra.

Lift facility to be improved especially during wedding season. Staff to be trained to more professional and proficient in English language.

Exceptional property, the staff, the management, the rooms, the buffet, overall excellent location and great hospitality at some excellent pricing. A must suggested one for travelers with any reason.

Everything was so good, not even a single negative marking can be given

The room was very spacious, the interior of the room is good I like that. The carpet thing is what I actually like that. I can say the room is value for money.

The cost of the food is very very high, like a cold drink worth rs 30 is sold out with 250 rupees. Food items start with 739 rupees. If I compare the cost of food with other hotels then a one dish which I ordered is worth 400 around including GST and in ramadas it costs 800 rupees which is just double the price.

The room and it's space

The bathtub has a hand show that causes water to leak on the bathroom floor when used. The position of the hand shower is not correct

Location is good. As it is next to expressway so no traffic issues. Taj Mahal is not that far. East Gate road is good.

Twin bed confusion. They don't have option to convert twin bed to king bed. Need to do an upgrade with additional amount

All the staff were friendly and professional, the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We were very pleased about our room and our additional requests were fulfiled! Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

The main restaurant was closed so the restaurant that was open didn't have as many choices as we would have hoped.

Location is great...just at start of Agra.... View is awesome from top floors....
