Sachin and the team was very cooperative and supportive. Excellent rooms. Cleanliness to par. Good for families and couples. Good location. Good breakfast.

The timing for last order for dinner is a little early 10:30pm.

The room was nice and quite spacious, we had a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The pool wasn’t big but was cosy and nice. The location is very good - quite but close to many restaurants and shops and to the beach. We really liked the hotel restaurant - both the ordered lunch dishes and breakfasts which were quite various.

Some part of the staff was really friendly and helpful bur some people didn’t speak english and we couldn’t communicate in some basic meters. They said that they understood our request but clearly didn’t. We gave the hotel our laundry to be done, we paid additionally and were said to receive it after 24 hours, we didn’t and no information was given. When we first asked the staff about it, they were unable to communicate in english. Later we received an information about a delay and finally received our laundry with 2 days delay but it was clean. Apart from that everything was very good.

I have always been visiting the place I love to stay there due to east access to candilim .

The staff there is friendly , especially the manager sachin was very humble and helpful , I was traveling with my mother in law after 35 years to goa overall she enjoyed her experience.

Breakfast variety was repeated, can add more variety to the breakfast. Staff was helpful. The door mats in the room should be changed.

Guests were not allowed in the room even for few minutes. Our friend travelled from far off but had to wait down in the lobby.

Location

Staff and service provided was great , however the bedsheets and towels provided had a lot of stains and should have been cleaned properly. I stayed for 5 days and my only complain is about the bedsheets and towels , they were not of good standard, please improve on that .

Excellent Staff very helpful and polite. Location is excellent very near to all the beaches. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious. They allow us to keep our luggage after checkout.

The room latch was not working from inside, so difficult to lock the door from inside. I would say room was slightly overpriced. I paid approximately 4000 rupees per night. But i think it should be around 2500-3000 rupees per night.

Excellent food , rooms are neat and clean , staff is very supportive and cooperative. The swimming pool is well maintained. Location is close to candolim beach so the attractions of North Goa are just at 15 minutes from the property. Do not hesitate to book for your vacation.

I liked the location ,it was very near to beach and very near to almost all the famous tourist places . And the cherry on the cake was there restaurant.The food was simply awesome .

Two very nominal things first is the room tv was not working although we hardly stayed in the room to complain about it and secondly the bathroom sink was leaking from below.But to be honest enough i didn't complaint even which i think would have been catered if i would have raised the concern.

The food was very good and reasonable and the location gave quick access to one of the best beaches "Candolim". All in all if I were to go back to goa with my family then I'll blindly choose this hotel.

The only thing that bugged me was that the extra bedding was very uncomfortable to sleep and the pillows were way too puffed.
