Great staff! Our concierge Debabrat and Maira were very good! The property is well located and swimming pool was clean.

The room service was very bad. They didn’t change the sheets just dusted it and swapped the sides. There was a lipstick stain on the bedsheet when we received the room and with every room cleaning we requested we just noticed it shifted to different location on bed. They only have 2 towels which is not sufficient at all. The spa massages were good but interrupted multiple times. 5 times interrupted in a 60 minute massage. Lots of room for improvement.

Wonderful Stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Goa, Candolim From the moment we arrived at Park Inn by Radisson, Candolim, we felt truly welcomed. The staff greeted us with a refreshing and delicious lemonade, which was much needed after our journey. As a thoughtful touch, they also gave us a small welcome gift—such a lovely gesture that set the tone for our stay! Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured everything remained spotless throughout our stay. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. Service & Staff: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone made an effort to provide excellent service. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge offered helpful recommendations. Food & Dining: The on-site restaurant served delicious food, offering a great mix of Goan, Indian, and continental dishes. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh and flavorful options to start the day. Location: The hotel is ideally located near Candolim Beach, making it easy to explore the area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, yet the hotel remains a peaceful retreat. Facilities: The swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a great spot to relax.

The property is centrally located with all amenities provided. The breakfast is a huge spread with variety ranging from North and South Indian fare to Continental and local. The Restaurant staff are very courteous and obliging and always with a smile. The Guest Relations Manager Ms. Maira was very caring, concerned and graciously helpful. She helped in organising our Taxis and other personal items. So was the House keeping staff of Saurav and Sagar. They ensured that the room was kept clean and attended to. So was Debrata the attendant at the reception. He was a fund of information and always jovial

We thought that the size of the room could have been a bit larger. It felt a bit cramped, but the view was stupendous.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful — Maira, Deb, and the team at reception and reservations, Parthav and housekeeping, Sandeep and the restaurant staff, and even the maintenance team, like Ashok at the pool, were all courteous, attentive, and friendly. They made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area and breakfast buffet were fantastic!

The only letdown was the gym. It’s very small, feels crowded with just one person, and the machines are rusty and poorly maintained. It’s so bad that the property should take it off their amenities list. It’s a safety risk! Besides this one issue, we loved our stay, especially the service, location, and food!

Park Inn Candolim has a small pool, breakfast was good, we also tried dinners at the hotel, it was nice, the room was good, the overall impression of the hotel is comfortable and cozy. The hotel is in the center of Candolim, good location, we walked around the shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel and of course to the beach. We had a good time on the beach, White Horse Shake, Teenweere and Sam were very friendly. The sea and sand were great, but in the sea there were decent waves sometimes. Nice relaxed atmosphere on the beach, dogs on the beach also helped to create it - Moona, Disco, etc. 😄 In general, all people are very friendly in Goa and in India 👍👏😍

The location is close to Candolim beach and there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Maira and Debabrata made our stay very comfortable, checking in and out went smooth, we got some extra chocolates send up to our room, discounts on our spa and so on. The staff is really helpful and caters to all your needs

There is no lift tot the standard rooms, only the deluxe part has a lift. Keep that in mind if you have trouble walking or climbing.

Very attractive hotel, helpful staff and keen to please especially the dining room where they would cater for all needs. Clean throughout. Nice pool area but quite busy most days and loungers very close together. We had a very early check out ( the night before) and they thoughtfully arranged for a breakfast pack up for us to take to the airport.

An initial mix up with the room as it wasn't the one we had booked and paid for. There was a reluctance to change the room as they said they were fully booked. After numerous messages to and from the front desk the room we did actually book became available within 24 hours so we managed to enjoy our stay. Sun loungers at the pool very close together. Breakfast room very busy and quite chaotic, best to go before 9 or after 10.

Our experience with Park Inn Radiation was very good, the staff was very cooperative, the room was very neat and clean and our breakfast in the morning was very tasty and of different types of varieties The staff was very friendly and one of my friends was injured, so whatever extra facility was there, they provided it very well, very caring staff Next time we come to Ga, we will definitely stay in this hotel and will recommend it too This was our first trip to Goa but it was amazing and it was also very cool. I just did not like the size of the bathroom, it was very small so it should be a little bigger

The hotel is located at just 5 Mins from Candolim beach and 3 mins from Francoise beach (Which is probably just another part of Candolim beach but is marked as Francoise beach on Google). Breakfast has many options, the chef makes sure he comes at the end of the breakfast to ensure if there's nothing wrong. Sandip made sure we got fresh cut papaya Even when they were not available in the serving on that particular day. Maira is a gem of a person. She Clicked our amazing Pictures & gave us a departing gift at the end of our Babymoon, which was a great gesture. Their Pool is amazing, and RBG is a great playto have dinner by the Pool if you don't feel like heading out. The in room dining as well as RBG serves great food.

The Rooms were a little tired, Paint patches at some places make it look old. The Reception doesn't do justice with the otherwise beautiful property. A little polishing and this property would be a complete 10. The complimentary minibar with the junior suite (Part of our package) was a tad bit disappointing. It wasn't anything like a minibar, more like a packet of chips and chocolate.

What a holiday! Awesome hotel. The @Park Inn by Radisson, Candolim, Goa turned out to be a surprize gem. Food had been cooked with care. Front office had lots of clarity. Housekeeping was a delighter with no questions asked. Service was super prompt. Cleaning the premises was always top priority. Every level of employee had full ownership of the process they were involved in. Someone had clearly broken up the process into delighters which cost little and delighters which cost more. Therefore, the cost cutting was directed at the right places and removed from places where they just jangle the customer's holiday experience and add loops to the process. The GM, Gautam Choudhury must definitely have had a hand in internal training. Every day for our longish holiday was super enjoyable. Even the billing and clearing were prompt and fully digital. The only downside of this hotel was the singer at dinner time.. The man was butchering every single song left, right and centre. He could not sing to save his life if he had had a gun held to his head and had been asked to sing a number. Well, dinner was very well cooked and splendidly served but the live music was literally a killer. Ouch! We were also lucky to have got good taxi services. The fact that Goa was less crowded this season helped.
