I recently stayed at Hotel Aishwarya in Ernakulam from July 28th to 29th. The hotel is located opposite the Lotus Club. I would like to give a rating of 5 out of 5 for their outstanding service and customer care. My room number was 104, and it had a clean and well-maintained ambiance. The bathroom was also spotless, and hot water was available for bathing. Additionally, there is a restaurant near the hotel, which is a convenient option for food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again during my future travels to Cochin.

I was disappointed that they didn't provide mineral water and instead gave water in a regular glass bottle. I had hoped for mineral water.

Great Location - within walkable distance to M.G. Road, Ernakulam Junction Railway Station, Metro, Boat Jetty and Marine Drive. You can use Boat Jetty to goto Fort Kochi with just 6/-. The hotel staff helped me with this information. Well Mannered Staff Clean place

Room was small and there were noises from neighbouring room doors banging very frequently around midnight.

I did not have break fast facility. However the staff are courteous and willing to help. Property is located at a prominent locality. All requirements are available within the near vicinity.

I cannot expect anything else with the amount of money l spent.

This property is very nice , clean and at prime location just 200 meters away from sea shore. Though restaurant was not functional at the time when I visited but breakfast was available at nominal charges. Property is within reach from prime locations. Hotel staff is very cooperative and courteous.

Checkin procedures were smooth. Staffs were very friendly.

They should provide housekeeping once in every day, and they should clean the washrooms aswell.

They charged me an extra 200 rupees. The first room that was allotted to me had a cigarette smell, and I asked to change the room. So, they need to check for those kinds of things.

It's was really a wonderful experience in this property,and the best part is the view from the room.the room itself was spacious and clean for two adults and the bed was super comfortable.

Need more amenities in washroom and living room.

There was NO BREAKFAST for me..Really bad..you have to ask,if it is optional,while booking..Sad..even I asked the manager..His replay was NOT convincing

Overall stay was very good, and cleanliness of rooms and place of hotel.

Drinking water was not kept daily during housekeeping job done and remind frequently for this.
